She was very kind and arranged for a replacement buckle, which I greatly appreciated. On September 3, I contacted Louis Vuitton to check on the status of the delivery date. They told me that the store would be notified and would reach out to me. However, I never received any communication. I also reached out to the sales associate who originally sold me the belt, but she ignored my message and never responded. On September 8, I called Louis Vuitton again. They acknowledged my concern and assured me that the store would contact me. Today is September 12, and I still haven't heard from anyone. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and it certainly does not deserve the 5 star rating I initially gave. On the same day, August 27, I also purchased a card case, which was delivered on September 3. This is why I contacted Louis Vuitton at that time, believed my replacement buckle would be ready as well.
