    Small Classic in Caviar

I love the cleanliness and the professionalism at Hirshleifers! I've had my eyes set on a Medium Classic Chanel handbag with gold hardware but it's been tough getting my hands on one. I've left my contact info with Anita and visited the Chanel boutique the day after a restock but only to find out that they have been sold within 24 hours of delivery. On my first trip, I was able to see a Large in Caviar and a Small in Lambskin. On my second trip, I was able to see the Medium in Caviar and in Lambskin but both with silver hardware. The employee let me try on the Small and the Medium to see which I liked more and told me to keep in touch with Anita because the bags come and go. I was glad that I could finally narrow down the type of handbag that I wanted since it is such a big purchase.

I've been here more than a handful of times either to look at Chanel, Valentino or YSL bags and shoes of course. All the SA are very friendly and I never once felt uncomfortable or looked down upon. They have a nice selection of everything (designer bags, clothing, shoes & accessories) but they weren't what I was looking for. Sucks that the Chanel ballerina & Espadrille flats run small & narrow and I have wide feet so I could never wear them. I was always into the Chanel WOC in black caviar with gold hardware and just found out recently that they had changed their snap closure (hard to open & close) to the new magnetic closure. My birthday is right around the corner and I want it! They only get in a few every now & then and always gets sold within hours. I've been inquiring about it for a few weeks, the SA took down my number over the phone and said she'll text me whenever they get it in. No luck. I decided to go in the store when they first opened on a Tuesday (1/18). Jane, the most amazing SA took down my number that morning and she called me at noon informing me that they had just got in a shipment and to come now so I drove there immediately. No hold permitted. First come first serve. I got there within 15 minutes, the line was out the door but luckily she let me in through the side door. It was really busy and bags were flying off the shelves, it's crazy! Long story short, it was my lucky day and also my first purchase from here and I absolutely love it! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to my hubs for the beautiful bag and "Jane from Chanel"! The Hirshleifers Loyalty Program- spend $7500 ($750=1 point) within a twelve month period, get a $500 gift certificate. I'll pass.

Thanks once again to Mr. Chad. Service on point, always gives us different options of times in the store to choose from and the background of the products in the store. He knows our styles and what we love in the entire store. Mr.Chad your energy and customer service is impeccable and this company should be thankful for a human being like yourself. Myself and Mr.Joseph will be back soon again.

    Well, maybe for Christmas

I visited this store many times and always had a good experience. It has been quite challenging times operating a retail business with strict rules that apply to crowd control. Many people that have not shopped for accessories on-line, now do. I visited this store many times and always had a good experience and I very much support our brick & mortar stores. We should all hope they survive this crisis so that we can continue to enjoy the pleasure of window shopping, trying on clothing, and the general physical exercise of shopping. I hate to see what the world would be like with a press on a keyboard.

I think it's one of the best shops for mens high end designer clothes, bags, and accessories. Where there are so many high end stores in long island geared towards women, it's refreshing to have a store who has not forgotten about men as well. They have such a vast collection of shoes, and i love that the sales people work towards building relationships with their customers to better serve them in the future. My husband and i love coming here because it's a one stop shop for all our designer needs.

I even snapped a few pics of the things I liked, because the setup really was gorgeous. The lines were moving quickly and everything felt super organized... until I needed actual help. I asked a lady with a scanner if she could check the price of a GUESS bag I was planning to purchase. She looked me up and down, rolled her eyes, and told me she "doesn't work in that department"... then continued scanning bags. I said, "Okay, then get me your manager." Suddenly her whole attitude changed: "How can I help you?" At that point I said, "You know what? I'm not spending my money here." Told my sister, "Let's keep it moving." And we left that store. Beautiful store. Terrible help. And that's all it takes to lose a sale.

The fashion is at least 10 years old and the HomeGoods area and the basement is embarrassing. I think the only good part of this Macy's is the Starbucks and this place is even a mess.

You know the store must have done something outstanding when you are sitting at home 5 hours away…read morebut still want to write a review and share your experience even though you have never physically been at the store. I've been wanting a certain pair of jeans for awhile, but with lots of retailers having Friends&Family, thinking R&B might have one soon, I decided to wait. This morning, I found out that there was indeed an F&F event but my size was sold out online. I decided to call the store closer to me (45-minute-drive) to see if they had anything in stock. I was out of luck, but was also directed to the stores that might still carry what I was looking for. Long story short, the store that was supposed to carry those jeans told me they didn't have the item, and sent me to a goose chase. After calling 4 stores and had no luck anywhere, I decided to call the Manhasset location. I'M SO GLAD I DID!!! I spoke with Diana (i hope that's how her name's spelled). She could not be more sweet and helpful. She first looked up her own inventory as well as online. As expected, my size wasn't available. She then offered to check other stores and found a few stores indeed still carry the item (while she also explained to me that the actual inventory might not be entirely up to date, and we all know that's the case sometimes, no biggie). Instead of having me call all over to get those jeans, she offered to personally get in touch with one of the stores to locate a pair for me for a charge send. I used to work for the company (which I did not disclose until later), so I know charge send is a service all the stores offered. But among all the people I spoke with today, Diana was THE ONLY PERSON who offered to do that for me, all for a pair of sales jeans!! She literally made my day, and I am so appreciated of her going above and beyond and even went out of her way. I'm not sure why some R&B stores don't seem to be on the same page in terms of customer service, maybe Manhassets location has better training? Anyhow, I know now that I'll definitely be calling Diana and her store from now on when I am in a hunt for some new additions to my wardrobe!

This evidence clearly shows Trudy failed to follow procedure and misrepresented the situation to her manager. When confronted, Trudy displayed open hostility. After I told her she was being racist, she abandoned the register and walked off the job mid-transaction. The Assistant Manager later said they would make an "exception" to process the return, which was insulting since I had a valid receipt. Extremely disappointing experience with The RealReal, terrible customer service…read more I've had an incredibly frustrating experience selling with The RealReal, and the lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable. * I never received the email confirmation that I was told I would receive. * I couldn't see the listing on the app and had no clear way of knowing what was happening with my items. * We almost missed out on the $200 promotional credit we were supposed to receive. The credit was never added to the account until I specifically asked about it. If I hadn't followed up, we likely would have lost out on the promotion. * I spoke with Tatiana, and she was extremely unhelpful and had a major attitude. She refused to assist me because I wasn't calling from my girlfriend's phone and seemed completely unwilling to actually help resolve the issue. I eventually had to speak with someone else before I could get assistance. * I received a check for only $4.60 for an $85.50 pair of Yeezys. I was never clearly informed that I would receive only around 20% of the sale price. * I was transferred 10 times and had to repeatedly explain my situation to different people. Nobody seemed willing to take ownership of the problem. * The only positive customer service experience I had was with Julian, who actually took the time to listen and help me. Overall, this has been a terrible experience from beginning to end. The communication is poor, the promotional credit was not properly applied, the payout was extremely disappointing, and getting basic customer service required multiple calls and transfers. Julian was the one exception and deserves recognition for actually helping. Unfortunately, one helpful employee does not make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend The RealReal to anyone looking to sell their items.
