This women's clothing store has the most unusual clothes. All are imported from Europe, and you can tell from the styles. You'd be hard pressed to find clothes like these especially not in the large department stores, but possibly in boutique-type smaller stores you can find, for example, in the West Village. A typical item would be a skirt, very form-fitting, and embellished with lace, satin and velvet. (EVERYTHING is form-fitting.: these are not "old ladies" clothes!) They have geogous long gowns as well . There's nothing you would consider to be extremely casual , but these are the kind of pieces that just make you feel so feminine and "hip". The prices are high, but I think worth it, especially if you want a one-of-a-kind piece. Recently I bought off the sale rack, two capri pants, one black and one khaki. They had subtle embellishments I love, and very rich looking They were over 50% off, so I felt good about that! I notice they often have the sale rack up which is nice, too. The salesgirls are slightly pushy but if you say you don't need help, they leave you alone. read more
