At that point I was about to go off but then she asks someone that is walking by if they were done with their shift she says yes continues to walk. I said someone needs to open this bathroom. The lady stops & says you need me to open the bathroom we both say yes. She opens it & my niece is able to go. This was truly so insensitive & unacceptable, this Old Navy needs to do better.
