I tried on a long necklace I was interested in purchasing, and I wrapped the length of it around my neck. She said "leave it long" like an order, I explained I wouldn't style it that way, and she was handling it while it was on my body. Her behavior made me feel violated. She said my style is "arbitrary." After that, she took any other item I picked up and put them behind the counter as if I was not allowed to buy the merchandise. To another employee she said, "I don't know why these girls are even in here" and said to me, "Why are you trying everything on? Everything is beautiful. Everything is beautiful." I just had tried on two necklaces. No signage, mirrors everywhere, it was unclear why trying items on annoyed her. I am in disbelief that reviews describing similar experiences date as far back as 11 years and this place is still in business. It was just so unpleasant. It was bizarre.
