I was looking for a particular Steve Madden sneaker yesterday, and when walking to Starbucks I noticed Jildor and thought I would stop in to see if they had the sneaker. When I found it, I made eye contact with the woman working there and she said "hi" but didn't ask if I needed help. I took it upon myself to say, "do you have these in an 8.5?" She said, "I can check..." with an attitude. Strike 1. When I tried the sneaker on and it was a little snug, I asked if she had a 9. She seemed annoyed that she had to go in the back and said very condescendingly, "it's a Steve Madden sneaker... you always have to go a size up. I assumed you knew that. We do have more comfortable styles like this but they're, you know, a different price point" how would I know that?! And she was obviously taking a dig at me implying that I couldn't afford the other brand of sneakers. It killed me to even give this place my business but I really wanted the sneakers and it was more convenient than going to the mall, but this lady was a real snob. Doesn't surprise me in this area AT ALL, but come on. Don't be so rude.

It turns out that En Toto was the perfect solution. Patty was the super nice lady that helped us from the moment we walked in until the day we left with our two amazing dresses. The dresses were tailored to fit Paula's unique amazing figure, and they were completed ahead of the scheduled pickup date. Patty was also helpful with selecting the perfect pieces of jewelry for both dresses. Patty and the staff were super nice and friendly. We will definitely recommend En Toto to friends and Family.

I told the older woman who works there that I was interested in a certain designer. She brought me one gown by said designer and by the expression on her face I could tell she didn't approve of how it looked on me. I'm 5'8, 130 lbs. and, for a woman my age, I have a pretty good figure. She didn't bring me other dresses and seemed disininterested in me. When I took out my phone and asked her to take a picture of me in the gown, she said photos are not allowed. What?! What century is she from? You can find photos of any designer's collection online and most boutiques carry the same styles. It was not an exclusive to their store! I ended up buying a different gown from the same designer elsewhere. Now my younger son is getting married and I definitely will not be returning to Mieka. Judging from the reviews, the Greenvale store has better customer service. If you must, go there, and avoid the Woodbury location.

The accessories could be ramped up here as there was a very limited amount of jewelry, purses etc. The clothes tend to be more understated and classic versus look at me and how over exposed I am.
