Extremely disappointing experience with The RealReal, terrible customer service…read more I've had an incredibly frustrating experience selling with The RealReal, and the lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable. * I never received the email confirmation that I was told I would receive. * I couldn't see the listing on the app and had no clear way of knowing what was happening with my items. * We almost missed out on the $200 promotional credit we were supposed to receive. The credit was never added to the account until I specifically asked about it. If I hadn't followed up, we likely would have lost out on the promotion. * I spoke with Tatiana, and she was extremely unhelpful and had a major attitude. She refused to assist me because I wasn't calling from my girlfriend's phone and seemed completely unwilling to actually help resolve the issue. I eventually had to speak with someone else before I could get assistance. * I received a check for only $4.60 for an $85.50 pair of Yeezys. I was never clearly informed that I would receive only around 20% of the sale price. * I was transferred 10 times and had to repeatedly explain my situation to different people. Nobody seemed willing to take ownership of the problem. * The only positive customer service experience I had was with Julian, who actually took the time to listen and help me. Overall, this has been a terrible experience from beginning to end. The communication is poor, the promotional credit was not properly applied, the payout was extremely disappointing, and getting basic customer service required multiple calls and transfers. Julian was the one exception and deserves recognition for actually helping. Unfortunately, one helpful employee does not make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend The RealReal to anyone looking to sell their items.

They don't release ALL the most desirable pairs but they do have a wide selection of "different" than your local Foot Locker. The guys at the desk are really nice and will hold a pair for you if you're stopping in same day. The store is narrow and mostly has a men's collection (like most boutiques) but they do have a fair selection for women. At the back of the store they run a clearance section that you can find pretty good deals in. $120 Roshes for $39.99. I'll take it any day of the week. I've ran into their booth at a sneaker convention where they carried clothing I didn't see at the shop. Of course I'd find an awesome sweatshirt carried by them at a convention of over 150 vendors. They just know how to reel me. Pretty cool to see them represent outside of their location. A+ for sneaker community finds.

She was very kind and arranged for a replacement buckle, which I greatly appreciated. On September 3, I contacted Louis Vuitton to check on the status of the delivery date. They told me that the store would be notified and would reach out to me. However, I never received any communication. I also reached out to the sales associate who originally sold me the belt, but she ignored my message and never responded. On September 8, I called Louis Vuitton again. They acknowledged my concern and assured me that the store would contact me. Today is September 12, and I still haven't heard from anyone. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and it certainly does not deserve the 5 star rating I initially gave. On the same day, August 27, I also purchased a card case, which was delivered on September 3. This is why I contacted Louis Vuitton at that time, believed my replacement buckle would be ready as well.

I am extremely disappointed with the integrity of this Honda dealership. We brought our vehicle in…read morebecause the second-row middle seat belt would not detach and needed to be replaced. The dealership repaired that seat belt, but we later discovered that the third-row seat belt had been cut even though it was fully functional and undamaged before the vehicle was brought in. We immediately informed management and provided proof that the third-row seat belt was working properly before the dealership serviced the vehicle. After a lengthy argument, management offered to waive the labor charge but still insisted that we pay for the replacement seat-belt part. This resolution is unacceptable. We should not have to pay for any portion of a repair resulting from damage that occurred while the vehicle was in the dealership's possession. A seat belt is a critical safety component, and this incident raises serious concerns about the dealership's honesty, safety practices, and integrity. Because of this experience, we have completely lost trust in this dealership and will never return or recommend it to anyone. This incident has also seriously damaged our confidence in Honda.
