Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it. Thank you, Mike, for your kindness and help.

They did their best to make everything expeditious and no-hassle. Huge shout out to Vic (salesman) and Jacob (sales manager) for making my car shopping experience - from test drive to signing the finance papers - pleasant and quick. If I could give it less than a one star rating I would. The previous management has left and they have not filled the shoes properly. I originally purchased my Mitsubishi lancer in 2014 and I've had it worked on there for service ever since. Today they lost my key to my vehicle when it was there for one full day. Not only did they lose it, it's completely gone. They don't know if it was stolen, so I had to have a family member go get my personal spare so they could program both keys so that I wouldn't only be down to one key. Luckily they still have the quality technicians at hand to take care and program the keys so that nobody could break into my vehicle with the original key that they lost. The same can't be said for their service staff. Throughout the day while I was waiting for my vehicle while I'm working I only received one phone call from them. Their service advisor couldn't even tell me an estimate for my repairs let alone give me an estimate for additional things that I wanted done besides what the labor cost be would for an hour of work. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes on the phone while he tried to plug in the information needed for the rest of my vehicles repairs. By that time I had to return to work and couldn't speak with him any further. The new management was more worried about leaving for the day and already had his coat on and decided to not even address the issue at all with the missing key. Instead he left cause he doesn't want to deal with the problem. The previous manager Jakub wouldn't have let this happen, let alone have such poor handling of service from there advisors. Such a shame to have a great dealership go to waste. For the good people that are still there working, trying to save the sinking ship, I'm sorry that the place is turning into a nightmare. You guys shouldn't be wasting your time working there any longer!!!

Once we agreed to a price, the paperwork was sent to my bank and we had a deal. Before I left my home to to sign the paperwork at my bank, I received a text from my sales person, asking if the money was wired. When I got to the bank (5 minuted ride), I signed the paperwork, and watched the bank wire the money, I then texted the salesman and said... done! He did not respond. I traveled back home, and within a half hour, I received a call from the GM. THEY SOLD THE CAR!!! That's not the kicker! I asked them to stop the wire, or wire it back to the bank. They DID NOT, but instead... 2 days later, they mailed a CHECK to my bank! NOW... I cannot get another car, until my bank receives the CHECK and the CHECK CLEARS the bank!!! Turning in my rental in a day. No car... No check... No way to purchase another vehicle. Not sure what others are experiencing with the dealership, but this was the DEAL FROM HELL!!! I'm about 6-7 days from being able to buy a car. Thanks Maserati of Cleveland!

The entire process lasted maybe 2 hours - this included time spent searching their lot as well as the Mitsubishi lot next door. Our salesman, Steve, was friendly, courteous and helpful. To be fair, I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews although many seemed to be service center related. The only gripe I have is that we waited about a 1/2 hour while they "detailed" the car but once we received it, the inside was still dirty, there was a specific piece of hair still on the dash and the car smelled like smoke. I'm assuming that maybe only the outside was washed, so we'll have to detail the car ourselves. Nevertheless, it's no big deal as long as the car continues to run well.

Honda of Middleburg Heights - Service Department…read more I've been a loyal Honda owner for 25 years -- seven vehicles total -- and my experiences with Honda dealerships have always been positive, friendly, and professional. I'm a friendly, non‑confrontational person, and I've never had an issue with Honda until this visit. When I arrived, I was greeted by Korbin, who was professional and helpful. He asked me to stand at a specific counter, and I followed his instructions exactly. While I was standing there, service advisor Dave Richmond approached. Before he even spoke to me, he was already talking in a negative, irritated tone. When he finally addressed me, he spoke to me in a harsh, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational way -- despite the fact that I hadn't said a single word and was simply standing where I had been told to stand. When I calmly explained that I was only following instructions, he didn't apologize or adjust his tone. Instead, he became even more dismissive and verbally sharp. I felt blindsided and genuinely attacked for no reason. I left that interaction extremely upset -- to the point I had to keep myself from crying -- yet I still remained professional and friendly with the rest of the staff. Thankfully, every employee after Dave treated me with respect and professionalism. Johnson Liang was kind and apologetic. Brianna Shorter listened carefully, helped me with what I needed, and apologized for my experience. Both of them were wonderful, and they represented Honda the way I've always known it. My review is not about the dealership as a whole -- it's specifically about the way Dave Richmond spoke to me. No customer, especially one who has been loyal to Honda for decades, should ever be treated with hostility when they've done absolutely nothing wrong. I truly hope management addresses this, because the rest of the staff deserves better than to have their professionalism overshadowed by one person's behavior.
