Sam and Mike were very nice before the sale and next to impossible to contact after the sale. So, I had the truck delivered to me for 595.00. While it was coming off the delivery truck I could see an exhaust leak. Once down and I inspected I saw that the paint was in terrible shape. Scratches on the entire truck including the roof! Looks like someone took light sand paper to the entire vehicle! The drivers seat is broken. Needed new exhaust and manifold! Heat blower does not work on low or medium. They did not even clean the inside or change the oil as promised! Also, the tailgate is broken and just lays on the bumper with no other support! So, I finally got in contact with Mike after having to use a different phone so they would answer! Mike said that they would not help out with any of the costs even though they blatantly lied to me about every aspect of this truck! What I couldn't wrap my head around was...get there early and then what? So for my fellow Yelpers with slight anxiety, here's how it went: I got off work at 6am, they open at 9am. I opted to dilly dally a little longer at work because that just felt TOO early. Got there around 7:30 am, after a failed Wendy's breakfast run, to find that there were already 8 people there. There is a canopy and some chairs and a picnic bench off to the side of the building. The parking lot is somewhat chaotic and packed, but I did manage to find a spot without too big an issue. Others parked next door. Fortunately , there was a customer there who became the line ambassador. He kept most everyone in order. The employees started trickling in around 8:30a. Everyone lined up to get in the front door and on the list, just before 9. There was a small argument between the first 4 or so people about who was first....not my business. They quickly got everyone on the list, just provide your car color, make, model, year, and if you know what the issue is. I kept my keys until they came to get them. You can wait inside or outside. There is a single bathroom inside. Someone came around to get my keys at maybe 9:05a, they grabbed me to show me the issue under my car around 9:30. I was on my way home by 10:15a. The price was about $250 cheaper than what Mr. Tire quoted me. The workers I spoke with were all friendly and answered my questions. Checkout was smooth. I was advised to take a picture of my receipt because they are not computerized but they do offer a warranty. My car is so quiet now. I came home and my dog didn't even meet me at the door since he couldn't hear me coming! Would definitely use them again. Especially now that I know what to expect from the line situation.
