The buying experience for me was good. Sales rep was personable and the loan application process was efficient. The finance guy wasn't super-aggressive trying to get you to buy things you don't want like tire plans, warranty etc...It' a business and they are going to ask. But a lot of dealers can be super annoying with this and keep pressing you to purchase something extra after you decline the offer. Those are the things that I find detract from the buying experience and process so I found the experience more pleasant than normal. No complaints.

We were pressed for time, it was a Friday night and they were closing for the weekend. We decided to trade but the only car available on the whole lot was a Corolla Cross. Four yrs later and I still hate it. Horrible car that kids cannot even fit in the backseat Recently we received a invite to a sales event that was going to blow us away. We had to make an appointment. We walked in and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted about five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. When you walk into a car dealership you should be greeted immediately, especially since this was a invitation only event. I walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window..lol. Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. Hahaha. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9%. We will definitely be looking around. Toyota is falling apart.

    This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

    I bought a 2016 Ford Flex in February from here, came back 3 days later due to the back end making…read morea really bad noise. I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since it was sold as is that there was nothing they could do for me, here it is 5 months later noise is still bad, rear back up camera stopped working, my a/c switches back to heat by itself ,carfax showed there was no accidents. My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues. Accordingto the carfax the dealership a pre-delivery inspection.

Anthony greeted me when I pulled up. He was super friendly and offered to assist. We narrowed my 8 choices down and began to look at features that were important to me. They have a great selection of vehicles on the lot and even have a surplus lot down the street. I test drove two vehicles. Sam was really nice and explained my finance options. He really worked with me. Rex in finance was very nice also and explained their GAP coverage to make sure I understood. All in all, even though it was a long process, I am pleased with this experience.

By far this has been the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with repairs. So let me give you the day by day run down. Monday evening after dropping off, I called around noon, was told someone will call back; never did. Called back Monday around 4, was told again, someone will call you back; never did. Tuesday, I called first thing in the morning. Was told the parts that were being warrantied are ordered and should be fixed today, but the tech would call me first to let me know what was going on; never did. I called back around 1pm, FINALLY, talked to the tech working on my car, was told he was JUST ordering the parts, they will be in and it will be fixed Tuesday afternoon, if not Wednesday. I let it ride. WEDNESDAY. I CALLED AGAIN around noon to be told "we forgot your vehicle was here, it will be worked on immediately". I CALLED BACK AGAIN, around 3 asking to talk to a supervisor. Was told they would call me back. Guess what, THEY NEVER DID. SO NOW, THURSDAY. I called twice before 10 asking for a manager. No one could speak to me; no one will call me back. CALLED AGAIN AT NOON. Put on hold for 30 minutes, to be told the tech who was supposed to work on it called off. This has been one of the most incompetent repair shops I have ever worked with. I still really have NO IDEA what is wrong with my vehicle. There has been 0 communication, management has been dead quiet. To say I will never be coming back to this dealership is an understatement. I would say the OWNER better call me, but at this point I don't even know if the phones dial out at this point.
