Great experience! You dont hear that much about a car dealership ... do you??…read more From the time we walked in there was a friendly and genuine feeling. No high pressure salesman. Just real people making a living buying and selling cars. Best experience buying a used car ever! Thanks Mike!!! You Rock!

Not trustworthy! Avoid at all cost. Before the ink was dry as I was half an hour down the road all…read morethe check engine lights appeared on. I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

I'm beyond frustrated, and honestly, I feel taken advantage of…read more I bought a car from North Coast Mitsubishi West Cleveland and trusted them when they sold me a service contract. I later decided I wanted to cancel that contract -- something the actual contract says I have every right to do. It clearly states I can cancel by contacting the dealer in writing. But when I went back, I was told by Finance Manager Dean Eshghy that I could only cancel if my car was repossessed or totaled. That's nowhere in the contract. I showed him the section myself, but I was completely dismissed. No explanation. No accountability. Since then, I've been bounced between the dealership and the warranty administrator, with each telling me to talk to the other. I've sent a formal complaint, made phone calls, emails -- and still, no one has resolved anything. I've asked to speak to management and even provided my phone number multiple times. Still no help. No action. It's like once they had my money, they couldn't care less. I've been polite and patient, but enough is enough. This has dragged on far too long. It's not just bad customer service -- it's dishonest. They're refusing to honor a contract they wrote. If you're thinking about buying from here, think carefully. They'll smile at you during the sale, but once you walk out, you're on your own. Don't expect integrity or support if something goes wrong.

By far this has been the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with repairs. So let me give you the day by day run down. Monday evening after dropping off, I called around noon, was told someone will call back; never did. Called back Monday around 4, was told again, someone will call you back; never did. Tuesday, I called first thing in the morning. Was told the parts that were being warrantied are ordered and should be fixed today, but the tech would call me first to let me know what was going on; never did. I called back around 1pm, FINALLY, talked to the tech working on my car, was told he was JUST ordering the parts, they will be in and it will be fixed Tuesday afternoon, if not Wednesday. I let it ride. WEDNESDAY. I CALLED AGAIN around noon to be told "we forgot your vehicle was here, it will be worked on immediately". I CALLED BACK AGAIN, around 3 asking to talk to a supervisor. Was told they would call me back. Guess what, THEY NEVER DID. SO NOW, THURSDAY. I called twice before 10 asking for a manager. No one could speak to me; no one will call me back. CALLED AGAIN AT NOON. Put on hold for 30 minutes, to be told the tech who was supposed to work on it called off. This has been one of the most incompetent repair shops I have ever worked with. I still really have NO IDEA what is wrong with my vehicle. There has been 0 communication, management has been dead quiet. To say I will never be coming back to this dealership is an understatement. I would say the OWNER better call me, but at this point I don't even know if the phones dial out at this point.

The cars battery light came came on. It kept coming on and my wife drove van to dealer. It had an oil leak and other problems which most of was covered with warrenty. They said the alternator was good but battery was bad and wanted well over $500 to replace it. It was a 5 month old battery and would not be covered by extended Mopar lifetime warrenty we bought with vehicle. Took battery back to Autozone where purchased. He said it was good and recharged it and I put battery back in the van at dealership. While driving home car died and had it towed to my mechanic. He said battery was good but alternator was bad! He fixed the car in one day!!! We also had an extremely bad experience with Ganley previously with the same car originally purchashed at Ganley. It took 3 months for Ganley to fix 2 problems! I could go into much greater detail about our experiences with dealers. The takeaway is don't buy extended warrenties and don't service your vehicle at a dealership unless it is under a new car warrenty that comes with the vehicle!

Here's the kicker.. the tire pressure sensor is still not fixed and neither is the radio. So here I am today bringing to back to get the tire sensor looked at again! Scheduled my appointment for the morning and stated I need to pick up my truck at 2pm. It is now 3pm and my truck STILL HAS NOT BEEN BrOUGHT IN AGAIN!!!!!! Avoid this place like the plague.
