BEFORE YOU SHAKE HANDS, you may want to double and triple check with the salesman, the used car manager, and the store manager that they actually will sell you the car. We offered to purchase a car at this dealership and the offer was accepted. We shook hands with the salesman and a manager. We were paying cash so were asked to wait while the papers were drawn up for sale. An hour later (after being told repeatedly the papers were coming and would not be much longer, the used car manager came over to say that they could no longer sale us the car. They counteroffer was to have us finance the car so the could get their kick back from the bank (and we had already told them no during the negotiations). I flipped over the business card of the salesman that referenced wanting to earn business through trust? I don't think this is the way to do that. I would strongly strongly urge consumers to be cautious if you plan on shopping here. I reached out to headquarters to share my experience and have not gotten a return call. GOOD LIUCK! read more

Jason Tomlinson was great.I absolutely love my Ford. I would recommend him to everyone!!!!

I bought my car unseen and had it shipped from Ohio to Rhode Island. I dealt with Gus Cherry. He got me everything I needed and expedited the process for me quickly. I had my car in one week! When I got the car the head light assembly was broken. They paid for the local dealership to have it fixed here for over $3k. with zero issues. They really stepped up to the plate! They treated me fairly and did the right thing. Cheers! read more

I only know about my experience with buying a used car there last month. Everyone was smiles and helpful on the Sat I was looking for a vehicle but come Mon when we noticed there were multiple issues with it we were avoided for almost a month then sent to a different dealership to be told how much it would cost is to fix 1 issue and it would take diagnostic a to figure out the rest. Now calls get forwarded and emails not responded to. Very disappointing. read more

Horrible service. Sleazy car dealership. Gave us a package deal to come buy the car. Then we realized we were deceived by salesman Mo. Customer service from there has been awful including a phone call with the "owner" who didn't want to hear anything from my side of the story and then hung up on me. Has not taken my wife seriously since she is a female. Trash business and would wholeheartedly recommend looking elsewhere for your car. If there was an option for zero stars, that's what they would get. read more

The first car that we looked at came in and for some "reason" they decided it wasn't a good car... that was after they saw my extremely high credit score and tried and get my son and I into a terrible deal, offering an extremely high interest rate of 18 .64. read more

I went to Montrose Westside Wholesale Outlet and was able to purchase a great car at a reasonable price. The staff was great and worked hard to get financing for me at a time I really needed the help. The sales professional I worked with was Taylor Paugh. She was great! Very friendly and professional. I found her to be very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions satisfactorily. She made it a pleasurable experience. Carol E. 08/23/2019 read more

This place is lower than dirt. They'll be closed down soon as I'm done with my lawsuit. Sold me a jeep with a blown engine, sent me to Volvo service just to have them lie to me and tell me it was "taken care of". I am a senior citizen who they put in danger and would not do a thing to make things right. read more

I worked with Don Blake of Montrose Mazda for two days on negotiations for a 2014 CX-5. We had worked out a lower cost than advertised if I financed with them. He even told me after I got my quote from the bank that "on the financing side we should have no problem with matching your rate or beating it". Two hours later he informed me they could not sell me the car at the lower cost and could not beat the rate my bank quoted me. When I inquired as to why he would assure me of things he could not make happen, he blamed his managers. Not a good experience at all. I won't go back. read more

There were positives and negatives. I purchased a Tesla Model S online from Montrose Westside. They are in Ohio and I live in Texas. Many dealers sell online now however Montrose Westside does not really have a lot of experience doing this. The sales person named Madison helped me and she was very friendly and professional. I recommend working with her. Forget using the finance department. They will give you a bad deal compared to what you can get on your own. I have to refinance right away since I have excellent credit. I got a general sense of incompetence from the finance department. They also held my car for a week until the bank paid them. This was completely unnecessary since I paid a huge down payment which was more than a years worth of monthly payments. They also did not send a receipt of the sale so I can register my vehicle. I told them to send it several times over 2 weeks. So I have a Tesla that I cannot even drive. They did not even send it with paper plates or anything. I did get a great deal on the price and overall they were very friendly. They just need to tighten their process a bit and learn how to sell online. read more

Wish i could give ZERO stars!! total scam! Hurry in for their special YOU WON A 55IN TV SCAM!!! BTW, you didnt win! Shady, dropout sales team! In the market for a new car and I am now turned off to all of the many Montrose dealerships in the area! Oh well!!! I could get into detail about how involved the scam was but I'll put it simply by saying, everyone won a tv yet NO ONE won a TV!!! read more

The Staff here gave me an amazing deal on a car. The facility is a little dated but not "Ghetto" (people use the term incorrectly). All the staff i came across Hal and Norm were great. They were able to get me in a 2014 close to brand new car, not even 5000 miles close to the amount i was playing for my previous car with a much lower interest rate not to mention i have a BK on my history. They worked hard for the sale and I believe people give them a bad wrap when they do not get the car they want for a ridiculous rate. If you do not see a car you want they have different lots that they can deliver from. If you need a car go see Hal and/or Norm. The only thing i would suggest is that they learn a little about the cars they are selling. Besides that i am completely satisfied with the level of service i received. read more

I went to this place to purchase a car 2 years ago and this place really helped me out when I was in need! The sales rep that I dealt with was Luis Reyes and he was phenomenal. Due to the fact that I had a good experience here before, my husband and I went back. There is a great selection of cars. They're not all parked on the lot, but I definitely recommend. read more

I can't even begin to tell how disappointed I was with care salesman Sam Marawan. I will first begin by saying that when he was trying to get me to buy a car he was very accommodating, he answered all my questions, and I was treated exactly how a customer should be treated. After purchasing a Jaguar F-Pace from Sam, I was no longer that valued customer. His entire attitude towards me changed. I could not believe the way that I was being treated by my car salesman. I made a 4:30 appointment to pick up my car. Sam told me that at this appointment he would show me how to use all the features in my car. To my surprise I waited 15 minutes for him to come out and tell me that I needed to wait another 20-30 minutes because he was still busy. When I told him I did not have that kind of time, he responded "sure you do!" I was tempted to leave the car there. It wasn't until the BDC Manager Carolee Papouras stepped in and asked another employee, Mo Cherry to step in and explain the car features to me. The thought of Sam receiving commission after this terrible treatment sickens me. The thought of Mo having to step in to finish his job is absurd. I will say that Mo Cherry and Carolee Papouras helped me receive some type of satisfaction. Mo was great and definitely went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I will NEVER buy another car from Sam Marawan again and I advise you not to either, especially if you wanted to be treated as a valued customer. He is definitely not the one to go to. I must mention, he has never even called or apologized for his terrible service/treatment. I guess he got the sale so he is satisfied, unfortunately I am not! I expected so much better from Jaguar. read more

We had to actually file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office Mike DeWine in order for Montrose to even respond to our problem. I have to say Montrose Auto Group employees are completely unprofessional and totally take advantage of the fact that you are an unaware consumer from Brandon McGunness the GM, Adam Partridge in Finance , Brad Wolkor the VP, and Joseph Stefanini VP of MAG Management Co with their business practicesquite questionable. STAY AWAY FROM EVERY MONTROSE AUTO DEALERSHIP.. I MEAN RUN read more

Go buy a car anywhere else!! Bought a car that had a $17,000 dollar sticker price ended up paying over 20k out the door somehow. Car broke down not even 8k miles after driving it off the lot, they claim to have a one year warranty on their vehicles, they also sold me an additional insurance policy without me knowing that also doesn't cover anything! DO NOT BUY HERE! read more
