Great experience! You dont hear that much about a car dealership ... do you??…read more From the time we walked in there was a friendly and genuine feeling. No high pressure salesman. Just real people making a living buying and selling cars. Best experience buying a used car ever! Thanks Mike!!! You Rock!

Not trustworthy! Avoid at all cost. Before the ink was dry as I was half an hour down the road all…read morethe check engine lights appeared on. I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

The staff was great and worked hard to get financing for me at a time I really needed the help. The sales professional I worked with was Taylor Paugh. She was great! Very friendly and professional. We offered to purchase a car at this dealership and the offer was accepted. We shook hands with the salesman and a manager. We were paying cash so were asked to wait while the papers were drawn up for sale. An hour later (after being told repeatedly the papers were coming and would not be much longer, the used car manager came over to say that they could no longer sale us the car. They counteroffer was to have us finance the car so the could get their kick back from the bank (and we had already told them no during the negotiations). I flipped over the business card of the salesman that referenced wanting to earn business through trust? I don't think this is the way to do that. I would strongly strongly urge consumers to be cautious if you plan on shopping here. I reached out to headquarters to share my experience and have not gotten a return call. GOOD LIUCK!

Anthony greeted me when I pulled up. He was super friendly and offered to assist. We narrowed my 8 choices down and began to look at features that were important to me. They have a great selection of vehicles on the lot and even have a surplus lot down the street. I test drove two vehicles. Sam was really nice and explained my finance options. He really worked with me. Rex in finance was very nice also and explained their GAP coverage to make sure I understood. All in all, even though it was a long process, I am pleased with this experience.

I later decided I wanted to cancel that contract -- something the actual contract says I have every right to do. It clearly states I can cancel by contacting the dealer in writing. But when I went back, I was told by Finance Manager Dean Eshghy that I could only cancel if my car was repossessed or totaled. That's nowhere in the contract. I showed him the section myself, but I was completely dismissed. No explanation. No accountability. Since then, I've been bounced between the dealership and the warranty administrator, with each telling me to talk to the other. I've sent a formal complaint, made phone calls, emails -- and still, no one has resolved anything. I've asked to speak to management and even provided my phone number multiple times. Still no help. No action. It's like once they had my money, they couldn't care less. I've been polite and patient, but enough is enough. This has dragged on far too long. It's not just bad customer service -- it's dishonest. They're refusing to honor a contract they wrote. If you're thinking about buying from here, think carefully. They'll smile at you during the sale, but once you walk out, you're on your own. Don't expect integrity or support if something goes wrong.
