The entire process lasted maybe 2 hours - this included time spent searching their lot as well as the Mitsubishi lot next door. Our salesman, Steve, was friendly, courteous and helpful. To be fair, I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews although many seemed to be service center related. The only gripe I have is that we waited about a 1/2 hour while they "detailed" the car but once we received it, the inside was still dirty, there was a specific piece of hair still on the dash and the car smelled like smoke. I'm assuming that maybe only the outside was washed, so we'll have to detail the car ourselves. Nevertheless, it's no big deal as long as the car continues to run well.

I'm calling the Ohio Attorney General on Monday to file a complaint against them, and the Better Business Bureau today, and will be forwarding it to Honda Central. I have called for the General Manager and asked to speak with him six times during the 15 days that they had my car. He has never once called me back. Honda of Middleburg Heights (HoMH from now on) is not worth doing business with. I'm going to try Ken Ganley Honda North Olmsted (www.kenganleyhonda.com). My 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid has had nothing but electrical problems in the last year. I had it in for over a week earlier in the year, and Honda of Middleburg Heights returned it working (for once) but said they couldn't find anything wrong. After eight days. Several weeks ago, the entire electrical system failed. I had to have it dragged in on a flatbed. I called Honda and talked with Service Advisor Kristin. She told me that Bradley, my service advisor, was on vacation. I said that was great, but my car had been dragged there early in the morning. Kristin said she'd get it right in. The last time, it took seven days for Bradley to even call me. I'm very busy, and I stupidly trusted HoMH to be competent THIS time. After a week, I called when I received an email stating that my car had not arrived a week earlier! I thought it had been stolen off the lot. But no, the entire staff at HoMH is just incompetent and never brought my car in, because apparently, Margaret "forgot" about my car for a week. When I located my car, finally, after Bradley came back from vacation, they told me that my after-market Dash-Cam, which was installed professionally, was preventing them from diagnosing anything, because Honda doesn't "allow" people who spend $50,000 on their cars, and are Uber drivers, to add anything. So they ripped out the wires from the fusebox, telling me that there was nothing else for me to do. THEN they discovered that the master computer in the hybrid had failed. More days to get that, and they REFUSED to reinstalll what they ripped out without charging me hundreds of dollars. I'm going to have to bring it back to the real experts and pay to have it reinstalled now Then the error in the photo appears 30 seconds after leaving HoMH. I've told them about this several times, and included the pictures below. HoMH just doesn't give a F*** ... they just want to rip us off and sell us defective cars. We looked Melnik's Automotive web site and saw a number of cars for sale with low mileage, newer models that also look good. We called and spoke with Natalie and arrange to test drive the ACURA MBX we were interested in.Two day later, we arranged with Natalie to have the SUV be inspected by our mechanic. Our Mechanic told us if he was in the market it buy a new car, he would buy it that day. It was perfect and he could not find anything wrong. We bought a ACURA MDX 2024 with 9317 miles and it looks BRAND New! We purchased the ACURA MBX .Natalie completed all the paperwork ,efficiently and seamlessly. My wife and I enjoyed her professionalism!This was the most pleasant and easiest experience we ever had in buying a car. BTY . THe Acura MDX is a true gem. The ride is so smooth and not noisy. Was quoted a specific amount online, I get here, explain to…read morethe service desk my reasons for being here and the rep tells me what I was quoted for online on the website which is where most VW owners use to book a service was not what I would be receiving which made zero sense to me so I ask to speak to a supervisor, the rep goes to an office and a bald guy who I would assume was the supervisor as he was tucked away in his own office, looks through the window at me, doesn't even bother to come speak to me but instead goes to assist someone else. He doesn't even acknowledge me during my visit. Not one leadership quality was displayed from him during this moment. Given the fact this wasn't the first time I've experienced abhorrent service here, I'll be going to Streetsboro from here on out. At least they know how to treat their customers.

I brought out Atlas here for the first service. Although they were very busy and I did have to remind them what service I was there for, the staff were super patient and attentive. It did take longer than expected on our first service, but they were so busy it was to be expected. The staff were very accommodating and the waiting area is large enough you can get some work done or whatever while you wait. The very helpful woman mentioned when I brought my car back for the recall that I can try first thing when they open in the morning and it should go quicker. She was right - it took only an hour for them to get through the recall and also wash the car. They pulled it around and made sure I had everything I needed. It has been a long time since I received this level of service from a car dealership. Will be back :)

It was a Friday night and they were closing for the weekend, we would have had to cancel our vacation. We decided to trade so we could get on our way but the only car available on the whole lot was a Corolla Cross. Recently we received an invitation to a sales event that was going to blow us away at Victory Toyota, we even had to make an appointment for this event. We walked into Toyota and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. Not one person asked to help. I finally walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window? Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him that I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 in intrest for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9% for select models. . We will definitely be looking around. . Ten years ago when my husband was looking for a vehicle for work he stopped at a competitor's lot just to see what they had to offer. The salesman was out the door and ready to greet my husband before he even got out of the car.

I understand that cars can be sold before one can get to the dealership, but Luis had all day before my appointment with him to let me know that it was no longer available. He did not. I wasted 2 hours of driving to get there and back home. I also believe that the car was never available in the first place. It is still listed on their website and actually has a lower price today than it did yesterday. They have a chat feature on their website, but all the agent can do is get your contact information and send it to their sales staff so they can call you.

If I could give it less than a one star rating I would. The previous management has left and they have not filled the shoes properly. I originally purchased my Mitsubishi lancer in 2014 and I've had it worked on there for service ever since. Today they lost my key to my vehicle when it was there for one full day. Not only did they lose it, it's completely gone. They don't know if it was stolen, so I had to have a family member go get my personal spare so they could program both keys so that I wouldn't only be down to one key. Luckily they still have the quality technicians at hand to take care and program the keys so that nobody could break into my vehicle with the original key that they lost. The same can't be said for their service staff. Throughout the day while I was waiting for my vehicle while I'm working I only received one phone call from them. Their service advisor couldn't even tell me an estimate for my repairs let alone give me an estimate for additional things that I wanted done besides what the labor cost be would for an hour of work. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes on the phone while he tried to plug in the information needed for the rest of my vehicles repairs. By that time I had to return to work and couldn't speak with him any further. The new management was more worried about leaving for the day and already had his coat on and decided to not even address the issue at all with the missing key. Instead he left cause he doesn't want to deal with the problem. The previous manager Jakub wouldn't have let this happen, let alone have such poor handling of service from there advisors. Such a shame to have a great dealership go to waste. For the good people that are still there working, trying to save the sinking ship, I'm sorry that the place is turning into a nightmare. You guys shouldn't be wasting your time working there any longer!!!
