This is the worst store in the mall. If your screen is cracked or something you will be better off taking it and throwing it at a wall. My screen was cracked once. They gave it back to me a week later and all seemed fine. Until I found out that the speaker wasn't working. I went to talk to the manager and I received nothing but rude remarks. I told the manager that as a customer I should not be treated like this, because he was raising his voice at me and his response was "I will treat you however I want to treat you". So I payed nearly $300 to fix my screen only to get my speaker broken. The staff is unreliable. This is clearly seen on virtually any morning. They claim to open at 10 am but it really is whenever the owner feels like it. The staff is incapable of fixing phones, takes too long, and will raise their voice at you when you complain. He said that I had "ridiculous expectations". I'm sorry I payed $300 and expected to have my phone fixed within two weeks. Not only is the staff unreliable but so is the owner. He promised, PROMISED, that he would call me back. However no call came. I made sure to point out to him how his staff had said they would call back but never did.
