After that All of a sudden the pool starts draining water. Thousands of gallons. He come out and tries to fix it. We refill the pool. Again it drains thousands of gallons. He tells us the pool must have leak. We freak out because we know the cost we be huge. Our neighbor recommends his pool guy. So he comes out and fixes it in less than 30 minutes. A pool he has never seen. I pay him $200 and also pay the water company huge bill with surcharges. I deduct 85 from Aquaman bill but I pay everything else. A year later somehow through my online banking I pay him by mistake $300. So after contacting him several times he finally returns part of it. He deducts $85 from over a year ago. I guess I should have taken him to small claims court a year ago and paid him nothing. So his lack of knowledge has cost me over $500 additional dollars. And he refuses to return the money that was paid by mistake. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

Well we went on vacation and left instructions with my father in law to add chemicals while we were gone. Unfortunately he completely forgot about it for 2 weeks in the middle of summer, and we came back to a swamp! I called around, and we received a couple of different quotes from guys that could barely put together a sentence and honestly didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. Thank god I discovered Yelp and found Matt! Several of the pool guys we called had suggested draining our pool and acid washing it. Matt pointed out that not only would that not work with our pool,(It is a fiberglass pool) but that it was going to end up costing almost double what it would cost to do it with their process! I can't thank the guys at Affordable enough. They warned us that it might take a couple weeks to straighten out our pool that was a swamp, and I don't know how they did it, but it cleaned up to perfect in less than 3 days. If you are looking for an honest, experienced, and trustworthy pool service, you've found your guys. I had to replace the fountain pool filter & controller with the mainboard. He came right the next day morning and explained what was causing the issue.
