If I can give a zero star, I will! BE CAUTIOUS! you need to pay upfront and never get refund if things can't be fixed! Then Juan will not get back to you if you ask for a refund or ask him to fix the issue. Juan asked me to pay $610 to fix my pool heater before the work started. I told him very clearly that I'm in the process of selling the house and pool heater has to be fixed before closing. He said all he needed was to replace a main panel and the heater will be good like a new! But later he couldn't fix it. The buyer is very upset so I have to offer them a credit! When I asked to refund, he refused and said he invested in parts and labor. This sounds ridiculous, your responsibility is to identify the problem, advise your client and fix the issue. If you can't find the real problem, that's the problem of you not your client. I comprised and told him it's ok if i can't get refund, but I do need him to come back to fix the issue since I already spend money. He said yes but never showed up! Worst experience ever. after being upset over a filter issue. I am now very happy with the pool service my pool has never looked better. they said they fixed the mail box I thinks it good that they listened to there customers complaint. Still a little pricey but I'm not taking chances with a cheaper pool man. 8/6/16 I just took a sample to get tested and I am pissed the chlorine is 10PPM meaning I cant even swim in the pool for the week, calcium hardness 490 high phosphates 500 I never had that high before. They told me this is common for pool guys to just bleach the water on not take care the problem so the water looks great but it not safe to swim in and I have a one year old girl that has been in this water. Icing on the cake TDS 2200 max is 2500 and then I am supposed to change the water that is not even that old. Now I will have to check the filter again to see if there is any DE on it or are they just bleaching my water. I trusted them to much that me and my family would be safe in the water now I'm back to square one and hundreds of dollars down the drain. read more

Worst possible service. My pool is still not fixed and it has been over a year. Paid a lot of money to get the plaster changed, they did a terrible job, it oxidized within a couple weeks. Pool is no longer blue but green and when I FINALLY got a hold of the owner, he claimed he did not have money to re do the job, which they obviously know they did wrong. THIEF!! read more
