I hired Continental Precision Pools after my pool pump failed and I needed help getting everything…read moreback up and running, including draining and cleaning the pool. Craig was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and upfront from the beginning. He initially quoted a very fair price for a like-for-like pump replacement -- much lower than the $12K quote I got elsewhere. I ended up upgrading to a 1.5 HP pump, which raised the cost a bit, but the installation was done well and everything worked great. Craig and his team did a solid job draining and cleaning the pool, and I appreciated the bundled pricing offer to keep costs manageable. Where things fell a bit short was in communication. The monthly pool cleaning service was quoted at $170, which felt a bit high, and when I asked about flexibility, communication started to taper off. I also didn't receive a walkthrough on how to use the new pump -- just the manual. Overall, Craig really knows pools and gets the job done efficiently. If the communication and follow-through had been a little stronger, this would've easily been a 5-star experience.

They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but they were right in the middle and were the only licensed pool repair service among the companies I considered. They were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and the installer was efficient, professional, and had the new pump installed quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the experience. Would I hire them again? I hope I don't need to anytime soon...but if I do, I would definitely call them again.

We had a pool leak and reached out to Evin from Good Living Pools. From the very first phone call,…read moreEvin was professional, informative, and genuinely helpful. After talking through the situation, I decided to have him come out to assess the issue in person. Evin quickly identified that the water loss might be coming from small, hard-to-see cracks in the spa tile. He suggested shutting off the spillway to let the wall dry completely. After monitoring the water levels for a week, his diagnosis was spot on. The leak stopped entirely. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options. During the work, Evin found damage behind the tiles, so we decided to repair the top four inches, remove the brick trim, and finish the top in matching tile. It looks fantastic, we love how the spillway looks now when it's running. Evin also upgraded our system overall: he installed a chlorinator (goodbye floating dispenser!), put the pumps on a smart schedule so the pool circulates evenly, automated our line fill, and updated our existing automation system to tie everything together. He took the time to walk me through how it all works, and everything runs beautifully now. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. Evin is knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond. We highly recommend Good Living Pools not only for repairs and upgrades, but also if you're buying a home with a pool, reaching out and having Evin inspect it will give you peace of mind.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This company was voted best…read moreOne star is GENEROUS! 0 STARS MORE LIKE IT!!!! I paid Pinnacle Tubs Inc. $160 to drain and winterize my hot tub, and I ended up having to finish the job myself. After they left, about 25-30 gallons of water was still sitting in the footwell and seats. That's exactly what winterizing is supposed to prevent. Water left in a hot tub over the winter can freeze and damage the plumbing, jets, and equipment, so this isn't a minor oversight. It defeats the whole purpose of the service. I had to pull out my own wet vac and remove all 25-30 gallons myself. For $160, I expected a thorough, professional job, not a rushed one that left me doing the work I paid them for. I would not recommend Pinnacle Tubs Inc. to anyone who wants their hot tub properly cared for. Save your money and hire someone who takes the job seriously, or just do it yourself. I have attached photos of the half done horrible job this subpar company performed. I will not be returning to this unprofessional company ever again, and I encourage anyone to do the same.
