As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a complete master class in backyard irrigation for my sister and I. He even told me straight up that a repipe wasn't necessary based on what he found. That kind of honesty, when he easily could have upsold me, says everything about his character. By the end, he was just as baffled as I was that SoCal Gas had flagged an issue. Rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, he walked me through all of his troubleshooting step by step so I could relay it to the technician when getting retested. He followed up consistently throughout the whole ordeal and genuinely expressed concern that I was without gas. I passed the retest, and I truly believe his guidance played a big part in that. He's earned my trust and I'll absolutely be calling him again.

When I questioned this, he said: "I'm not rejecting you. Anyone who insults me with dishonesty doesn't deserve my services. I pride myself on honesty and transparency. I treat all my customers with respect and kindness. I am one of the kindest contractors you will come across. But for you to question my honesty is an insult." Transparency and clear communication are essential in good business practice. Any professional contractor should state upfront: "$2,100 cash, +4% if paying by card." Because the full picture wasn't communicated when it mattered, it's understandable that I felt the situation was not handled honestly.

No need to try and air out something that I already said we didn't own up to-payment. Discussed potential future fixes for current minor concerns and for now, found a plastic piece in the pipes that could be what's been causing our ongoing issue. Also, just over time, these pipes got greasy from grease that can get down the sink from even just cleaning dirty plates. Our 1st and quickest option was a jet flow process. We did this and it did clean out the pipes and got that plastic piece out. We are continuing to monitor our situation and discussing future needs for the pipes anyways but per usual, Always Ready Plumbing and Drain was amazing. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I called Juan for an estimate to get my pool re-plastered after a friend of mine referred him to me. I had already received an estimate from two other contractor but after speaking to Juan I could tell he has allot of experience and knowledge in his field. Juan didn't try to up-sell me but gave me the information I needed to make the right choices. The work took a few days to complete and I received daily progress reports with pictures from Juan since I was working while the pool was being re-plastered. After several years Juan is back with them! After he left the new person was just a regular pool guy again I went bouncing for a good pool service. Accidentally a co-worker told me of her pool guy and that he was awesome and what not so I was sure why not here we go. Ends up it was the same guy I had worked with several years ago and then I knew my pool was in good hands again. I work all day and i do t have time to tend the pool in summer my kids love being in the water and honestly when t s company took care of it it was perfect. He's now trying to charge us a shock treatment for algae and additional 320$ because he never brushed the pool, but there isn't even algae in the pool he also complained that he can't clean the pool because we had a small foldable baby gate up and a barbecue on wheels that were in his way even though there's several other pathways to get to the pool when I came outside to try and help the situation and ask him if I can move anything out of his way, he went and got a cart that he has never brought to my house before and said that it doesn't fit because of things that my backyard, I've never not once seen him bring this cart or skim the bottom of the pool now all the sudden he's doing it just to prove this cart he has never brought before doesnt fit , but jokes on him cus he got it in no problem And then just crashed the storage drain of my patio angrily because he proved himself wrong.
