They towed my car prior to a large snow storm. I realized on Sunday and called, however, they are…read morenot open to return cars on weekends. I called at 8am (when they open) on Monday, the gentleman told me they were clearing the lot of snow and to come at 9am. I showed up at 9am to find no one was there and the lot was not cleaned of snow. 45 min later someone showed up, it was one man with a shovel. We had a language barrier but quickly figured he was not going to do anything. He handed me his phone to talk to what I assume is his manager. The manager now had no idea when the lot would be cleaned and gave me two options, to sit and wait until they show up and clean or come back later. I had now been standing in this lot for nearly 2 hours, had cleaned the snow off my car and contemplated shoveling my way out. After much back and forth it was agreed that once the snow was plowed, they who tow my car out of the lot so I could come back whenever, because keep in mind they close at 4pm. I can understand why my car was towed, but Mirage should be fully prepared to return cars to their owner when they arrive with payment in hand. This includes making sure your lot is in a condition to hold and move cars! Awful experience!!

Then they said they would be delayed until 7:00 PM. We initially called them at 3:00 PM. At 5:00 a tow truck driver was driving by and stopped us and asked us if we needed help. After assessing the difficulty of the tow (a vehicle without keys, parked on a residential street in-between two other parked cars) they quoted a totally fair and reasonable price. Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Then, ini minutes, I was able to pay over the phone and got an emailed receipt. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. I just knew I would be waiting for hours but to my surprise the driver came in record time for a toll truck, less than 20 mins! Dominick was very professional, courteous and helpful. The fender was slightly bent and the bumper had some scrapes on it. The headlight needed to be replaced, and they also said they would repair some rock chips on the hood and other fender for us. The first result was a fender with numerous black specks in it, waves, bumps, a sharp edge where they masked the paint, and missing paint in a few spots. They also forgot to fix the rock chips and the headlight wasn't adjusted level. I complained and was welcomed to the nasty side of the owner. He gave me a huge attitude, demeaned me, and treated me like a child. Told me I was being picky, despite numerous visible imperfections. He had the gaul to say that a car isn't jewelry and it's going to get rock chips and road debris anyway. After some arguing, he told me he would buff out the imperfections. After I was hesitant to agree to this, I allowed him to try to fix it. He said he would also fix the chips on the hood. It turned out that he needed to respray the fender because they supposedly didn't strain the paint properly and couldn't get the black specks out. The second fender although not perfect was a lot better than the first. However, I was horrified to see that the rock chips on the hood looked like they were repaired by a 3 year old with a bottle of nail polish. I complained to the owner yet again and he was nasty yet again, saying that is industry standard and I don't know what I'm talking about. He refused to do anything, except charge me what it would cost to wet sand and buff it out. I took it upon myself to fix it. Today I received a call saying they would buff it, but I told them that I already repaired their shoddy work. Poor quality of work is one thing, but I have never met an owner of a business who is so disrespectful and rude to their customers. I will never be going back to them ever again. I am also contemplating getting the entire front end of the car repainted by a shop who know what they are doing.
