I can't recommend FBN Auto Sales & Services enough…read more We broke down on the New Jersey Turnpike with a flat tire, which was terrifying with cars and tractor-trailers flying by on both sides while we were stuck in the middle. We were finally able to get a donut spare on, but after spending more than 24 hours trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement rental car, we were exhausted, stressed, and stranded far from home. We were traveling from Massachusetts to North Carolina with my young daughter and our dog. Our rental car company recommended Mavis, but after waiting there for quite a while, they told us they couldn't repair the tire because of its location and sent us elsewhere. That's when we found FBN Auto Sales & Services, and everything changed. From the moment we arrived, Steve treated us with genuine kindness and compassion. He immediately reassured us that everything was going to be okay and understood how overwhelming the situation had been. While we waited, he even helped entertain my daughter and made sure our dog had water and was comfortable. Those small acts of kindness meant more than he probably realizes. The tire was repaired quickly, and when it was time to leave, Steve noticed how much luggage we had crammed into the rental car. Without hesitation, he jumped in to help unload everything, transfer it to our vehicle, and carefully pack it all back in. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but he did anyway. What could have been one of the worst experiences of our trip turned into one we'll always remember because of Steve's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, he reminded us that there are still genuinely good people who truly care. If you're looking for honest, compassionate people who treat you like family instead of just another customer, FBN Auto Sales & Services is the place to go. Thank you, Steve, for turning one of our most stressful travel days into something we'll always remember for all the right reasons.
