Terrible customer service. Just don't do it to yourself and go somewhere else. The owner I assume was very rude and very condescending.

Definitely not the place to go if you want a bargain repair with no-name Chinese parts, although they can be slightly cheaper than the dealer. I took my B8 Audi here for a repair and some general maintenance based on their top notch reputation in the Audi/VW world. After confirming my own personal diagnosis of a bad wheel bearing, they clearly outlined the repair costs and options, as well as identified a few things to keep an eye on in the future. At no point did they get pushy or suggest unnecessary repairs. The transparency is much appreciated and is what sets them apart from less reputable shops. Keep in mind, if you are a brand new customer, they may request you pay for the parts over the phone when you give them your verbal authorization to perform the repair. I think this is to protect them from customers trying to scam them which is reasonable. Additionally, they don't have the convenient loaner cars or the long hours the dealer has, but people who come here don't do so for the convenience. I definitely would not hesitate to take my car back here in the future because these guys really know their stuff.

The entire team is attentive, professional, and quick to respond. Derek kept me updated every step of the way with clear, thorough communication and accurate estimates (no surprises, which I really appreciated). Their guest lounge is also the nicest I've ever experienced at any auto repair shop -- spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. RSW sets the bar high for quality, integrity, and customer care. Highly recommend them to any European car owner!

Heard squeaky, pulley noise under the hood and made appointment later in the week to drop it off with A-1. En route to work on 287 the pilot went bad, serpsntibe belt came off and I was like a pilot without power looking for big grass field to safely land in. I veered off of 287 at centennial ave, turned heat on and popped hood release for added ventilation and as my temp gauge showed relief I hobbled into parking spot at A-1. Assuming I'd continue one via Uber, Pete Ld his family cheerfully encouraged me to wait, citing the longest element of the wait is getting the parts delivered. 2.5 hours of wi-fi, comfy chair and good company - later, I'm on my way home as perfect as Mercedes Benz engineers would hope for. My 2003 CLK 320 Cabriolet will never see the inside of the local dealer again after 15 $$$$$$ years of service there!!! A-1 is the real deal. Rock solid. Not cheap, nor "inexpensive". Knowledgeable and accommodating!! I held 1 Star back in initial review because I wanted to see how the car drove. It rides great. That said, the quality and service along with genuinely nice hospitality while there deserves a 6 star rating.

The first one was for a minor repair to my car due to a bike rack falling in our garage and damaging the lift gate of my SUV. Their entire process of providing a clear, understandable estimate to booking to completion of work is efficient and professional. The cost was very reasonable, as well. The work was flawless. Most recently, I sent my husband in to see about fixing a spot on his brand new truck after he rubbed against a cement pylon in a parking garage. The folks at Britland gave him an estimate but said he'd probably be better off just letting them buff out the rub marks and putting some clearcoat to ensure no rust would occur since it didn't seem to have gotten down to the metal. And they didn't even charge him for buffing out the marks!! They offered excellent advice that allowed him to make a decision about whether he wanted to repair an adjacent plastic part. I am so impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service and doing the right thing. A rare thing these days!!

Based on a word-of-mouth recommendation and…read morepositive Yelp reviews, I booked an 11 AM appointment at Safe & Save Automotive for an oil change and brake service, and I'm so glad I did. Thanh at the front desk was friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained the recommended work and provided a detailed cost breakdown upfront. My car was in the shop from around 11 AM to 3:10 PM, and Thanh kept me informed with regular updates throughout the process. The pricing was exactly as quoted, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services. For example, they pointed out that my wiper blades needed replacing, which I already knew, but when I mentioned I could take care of it myself, they completely understood. They also readjusted a panel on the front of my car that had not been sitting flush for quite some time, securing it back into place at no extra charge. Thanh even sent me home with a few pricing options for new tires so I could compare them with other options and make an informed decision at my own pace -- again, with zero pressure. Most importantly, I could immediately feel the difference in how my car drives after the service. The brakes feel great, and the strange whooshing noise I had noticed is gone. I got the impression that Safe & Save Automotive is a small, family-owned business, and I'm happy to support a shop that genuinely values its customers through honest communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind for future automotive needs!

I call like 4p to ask for a status and he gives me some clap trap about how I didn't make an appointment and he "might" get to it before the EOD. Gee, Thanks Elton. That's the kind of service that will make me want to look you up the next time I have a problem ! Btw, you didn't say in the morning when I dropped the car off that you "might" not be able to get to it. I've had other less than pleasant run-ins with Elton that I won't get into. They also once mis-diagnosed an engine problem I had. They sold me a tune-up when the problem was actually internal. Hey, mistakes happen and I needed a tuneup anyway (car was 10 years old and still had original plugs and wires.) I wound up getting a valve job at another place and am still driving the car, an '02 Impala, today so the tune-up didn't go to waste. With all that said, this is still not a bad place to bring your car. Elton's "tude" aside, they do pretty good work and are solid mechanics. They're just not my first choice if the problem is much beyond your basic brakes, shocks, tune-ups, LOFs, ect. EDIT (3/5/2015): Have to upgrade my review as I recently had a very good experience with Elton. He was very friendly and did not have the bad attitude that was commonplace in the past.
