I received excellent information on multiple products as well as useful suggestions from a few of the friendly and informative employees. Always having sales and plenty on clearance all the time! His name is Ted Loppinski and he is as lazy as the day is long. He hates to wait on anybody. While waiting on him to check a guy out on a firearm purchase he spent his time bad mouthing his company and fellow employees in front of several customers waiting for service. I was a customer service manager for over 30 years and I'd have fired this lazy guy years ago. He bragged about how long he'd worked at Dunham's. I like the prices and products here but hate the lack of service.

They could have a business that has poor service, selection, pricing, etc... and we would have to just deal with it because there is really no place else to go in the area. But instead have decided to provide a quality shop. The staff is very informed and friendly. No matter what question you might have, they are always available and seem genuinely interested in helping you. limited equipment selection. But let's be honest. Do you really need 10,000 square feet of a zillion items to be considered a good store (PGA Super Store)? Nope. They have what you need with a few extras. Not to mention the prices. Can't beat them. The demo clubs are a great way to try new equipment and the used rack is an inexpensive way to get into the game. All they need is a coffee pot and donuts and I'd be there every morning.

They said we made the ordering mistake even though we had several people there that heard us say something and yet they gave us another without a refund or anything. They keep messing it up and will not fix the problem. I will never buy from them again. The bad thing is it is the owner messing up and not owning up to it. He finally gave back the money because his employee said we came in and changed the order each time even though we asked for the exact same thing each time. We ordered it several times and they had a whole month to get it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
