Excellent Flavors of Atlanta Food Tour (with guide Nick) - a 3-hr walking tour in/around Midtown!…read more We started with an apple pressed ale and literally world-wide award-winning burgers that are served between two Krispy Kreme donuts (usually from Shaquille O'Neills KK - but it was recently burned down - so, they use KK from another franchise awaiting the rebuild!); followed by Shrimp & Grits (or Brisket & Grits) along with a Bourbon Peach Mesh that was to die for ... could've had two ... hmm, we did! Finished up with dessert and a smokey blackberry mojito and some had shots of Red Bull ! We also walked around Midtown & learned about the area ... Nick was an outstanding young man - articulate and knowledgeable! Definitely a five-star event!

Justin and Erin from southern beer tours were wonderful. My group of 11 people couldn't have been…read morehappier with our experience. They gave us fun information about each brewery we visited and insider information of what beers to try. They also shared any piece of information they have gained over their many years of beer tasting. As visitors from out of town we also made sure we asked for restaurants and sites to see around town, Justin and Erin were happy to help out. We rode around in a clean and spacious bus with a private driver. You get picked up and dropped off at the same spot if you choose to do so. You even get a gift bag at the beginning. Over the afternoon you may even bond with your other group members and make the tour that much better. Take the next opportunity to take this tour, whether you're a local or visiting. It's worth your time and money.

Danny, Nick, and Patience were all extremely helpful, patient, and understanding, especially since many of us were first-time ATV riders. Their pleasant attitudes and willingness to assist truly made a positive difference in our experience, and we appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, our interaction with the female owner significantly impacted the overall customer experience. We fully understand that, as a business owner, protecting your equipment and enforcing liability policies is important. However, customers also have the right to ask reasonable questions to protect themselves and fully understand the terms they are agreeing to. During the group discussion about liability, the owner asked if anyone had questions. I respectfully asked whether the business had procedures in place to ensure customers were not being given damaged equipment before rides began. Considering the heavy emphasis placed on customers being financially responsible for damages, I felt this was a fair and reasonable question. Instead of answering professionally, the owner responded dismissively by saying, "This is a business," followed by asking if I was "okay." I calmly responded that I was fine and believed we were simply having a discussion. Unfortunately, from that point forward, the conversation became uncomfortable. My question was never answered, the discussion was abruptly ended, and it felt as though personal feelings were allowed to interfere with professionalism. At no point was I rude, disrespectful, or confrontational. I simply asked a question that was important to me as a paying customer. Customers should never feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions regarding liability, especially when those concerns directly affect them financially. Excellent customer service matters just as much as the experience itself. While the staff members mentioned earlier were wonderful, I hope the owner learns that uncomfortable questions are not personal attacks -- they are simply part of doing business and ensuring customers feel informed, respected, and valued.
