Took my girls twice now and highly recommend! They are super knowledgeable, continuously add to the tour and give you details you could not get without talking to people that were on set during filming. They have special access to the Lockwood mansion - been there a couple times - super cool touch see in person!!! Loved our tour guides each time. First time was with the owner, 2nd time with a young lady (don't remember her name) in August who was fantastic as well. The only down was we decided to go to Covington in August! Not a great idea.... It's was so hot and your riding in golf carts and no reprieve. NOT their fault by any means, just won't pick that time of year again to hit GA.... read more

We visited this weekend (mid January) and booked a tour. We had someone in our party who couldn't make it. Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds of any kind, but they make it very well known when purchasing that they do not offer refunds. We just ended up having some extra room in our row. It all worked out. No hard feelings here. Our tour had been pushed back due to cold weather. Very happy that they didn't plan to just cancel because we had flown in for the day just for this. Staff was very friendly, professional, had a lot of insight and knowledge and answered any and all questions we had. Staff was also very kind and willing to assist in taking photos and allowed plenty of time for photos to be taken. The guides point out many scene locations throughout the tour. Some you would never guess and the more obvious ones are just so cool to experience in real life. I would definitely recommend this to tour to others. You get exclusive access to the Lockwood Mansion and I feel this is the best way to be courteous to the homeowners that are fortunate to live in this famous homes. I would definitely recommend coming in the warmer months for the best experience though. ;) read more

Absolutely awesome tour! Our tour guide Amber was so nice, our daughter loved talking all things Vampire Diaries with her in the front seat of the 6 seater golf cart. All the locations were explained by a tour guide and we all had plenty of time to take photos at each stop. Some locations had more access than others, like the Lockwood Mansion home owners allowed access behind the gates and on the property. The tour company offered cold water bottles and set out a fan/mister at each stop. Great experience & great company, I would absolutely recommend to all TVD fans. read more

It maybe pricy but worth it, with so many surprises and story, when it ended I was like "it's over already?" Would love to take other friends in the future to have a similar experience! We did the vampire dairies tour, we want to come back for the originals tour! Jessica was a relatable tour guide and gave us insider information about the years of filming. Plus she was friendly and needed out with is when we talked about our love for it! She even helped us when we were lost trying to find the meet up location haha! The shop has a great Variety of official and fan made merch, it may look a bit pricy but they have many deals that make the purchases easier ! Look forward to returning back! read more

I didn't really know what to expect when I decided to book a tour, it's always a little scary not knowing whether the amount of money you are paying is worth it or not. I was very happy with my experience. Our tour guides were Amber and Larry, they were both very friendly and patient. I was worried I wouldn't get a chance to take pictures but we did and they even offered help which was super cool. Amber told us behind the scenes info and her own experiences with the cast which was amazing. Now for the store it was pretty cool, I probably spent too much money in there but I was happy about it. They are a bit pricey just a heads up. Also the painting of Damon's car is just right outside the store. Overall I had a great experience and I definitely recommend taking this tour if you are able to. Again thank you to Amber and Larry for giving me such a great experience! read more

There were a couple issues about this place that breaks my heart. 1. It was way overpriced, crowded, and very hot in the shop. 2. I bought an autograph that I'm pretty sure is fake. I've emailed the owner and she failed to respond to the second email about getting proof that the autograph is real. The stalkers tour is something i was dying to attend on our one-day trip and we were wait listed (sad face). However, 2 days before our arrival the TVD gods awnsered my prayers and we got 2 seats. We arrived 30 mins early and were assigned our Tram with LARRY as our driver. He was hilarious and pointed out not only TVD homes but other beautiful homes used in other tv/movie moments. He awnsered all questions we thru at him and acted as an awesome photographer. Then came HAYLEY, hands down the best tour guide we had on our honeymoon and we did tours from 6 different cities from Flordia to Tennessee. She was engaging, interactive and so funny and personable. She provided so much insite to not only the tour related stops but to events and places we just had to see. So we ended up staying overnight to attend the Christmas kick off event. We had amazing seats for thrle treelighting and fireworks because of her. I felt like I was at a founders day celebration. So thank you Hayley! Now as for the tour itself getting to see and learn all the spots they used for filming we never would have known without the tour where these spots are--like Aunt Jenna's Trash Can or iconic Whitemore scenes. Getting to go behind the gates of Lockwood Mansion standing where Klaus kills Michael, or walking down the back steps like April competing for Miss. Mystic or even sitting where Klaus and Caroline flirted took our basic trip to a special next level. If your a die hard fan and the Lockwood Mansion wasn't enough to sell you, this is the only tour to get you on Elena's iconic front porch swing and yes Hayley will kill it as your photographer! VAMPIRE STALKERS is 100% worth every penny. Speaking of Penny the only thing that would have been better was a penny press machine! I would have probably bought every version for my penny passport! read more

I took my niece to this shop today and she was so excited to spend her own money here. She spent over $100 and half on this blanket that she was most excited about and as you can see, it's kind of a joke. They should advertise that the picture is small and at the corner of it. Also, the people working there are only friendly if they're trying to sell you a tour or scent. read more

The reason for the low rating is because it was advertised as a tour of the Lockwood mansion which to me says that there were rooms we were going to be able tour inside but no. With the initial contact to the owner regarding questions about availabilities for tours, she came across as kind of rude and didn't care much whether we booked or not. We did end up booking a tour after rearranging some vacation plans, and while the tour guides were amazing and very knowledgeable about filming locations, scenes, and behind the scenes info, there wasn't much to the tour that could not have been done on your own. Many of the addresses are only so you can find them yourself. The only location that was not publicly accessible was the Lockwood Mansion. Again, it was pretty cool to be able to see the home and the backyard, but we felt as though we were rushed through it with little time to take pictures based upon the size of the groups. The tour guides were super friendly and knowledgeable, we just didn't totally get the experience we were hoping for. read more

This is the second time my mom and I went on the Vampire Stalkers tour in Covington, GA. We have been huge fans of TVD since the beginning of the show. The tour gave us the opportunity to see a variety of places where they show was filmed. The best part was definitely getting to go on the property of the Lockwood Mansion (unable to go inside of the gate without the tour). Our tour guide was Angie both times. She is very knowledgeable about the show, and she's a lot of fun to have as a tour guide. They now have the museum open, which is neat to see. Great shirt/souvenir options as well! read more

I was so excited to go here and see all of the filming sites i've seen on my favorite show. Unfortunately I was let down multiple times. My family and I checked months in advance and it said online that all the spaces on the tour were booked. We called to ask if there was any chance there would be any availability opening up and we were told they would be adding a whole second trolley to the tour and that the tickets would be available for purchase within the next 24 hours. So we sat around refreshing like idiots for days just to realize it was BS. Waste of our time. On top of that, the prices for any sort of souvenir are absolutely ridiculous. At the main gift shop, a tumbler cup that said "Vampire Diaries" was over $50. If you're looking for more affordable merch, I highly recommend going to The Alley instead. It's underneath the Mystic Grill and has so many more props from the actual sets. read more
