In depth review: This is not a typical shoe store - it's very much a customer experience store. Having never been to a specialty running shoe store, I expected to walk in and see rows of shelves with model shoes on top and boxes of those shoes in different sizes below. This is not that place. When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who asked what I was looking for in a shoe and then invited me to step onto a machine that imaged my foot pressure (no additional cost). He then reviewed the image with me l, talked about specific foot issues I've experienced, explained my personal foot needs based on the image, and had me sit down while he went back and started grabbing shoes that would meet my needs. If anything, he probably had me try on more shoes than I needed. But he was thorough. He talked me through sizes, widths, and supports, pointing out different features of each shoe. Truthfully, he'd found my perfect shoe in the first 3 or so he brought out, but he kept going back looking for more options. The time involved from arriving until buying was still less than 20 minutes, so the attention to detail was great but not wasteful. Running shoes are expensive - not just here but anywhere. I'd expected a bit of mark up for the customer attention time, but that wasn't the case. I got great shoes for the price I saw them for online (yes, I did look at prices as he went back looking for more options). There was no pressure to buy a certain pair, and I didn't sense any attempt to oversell or get me into a more expensive pair. It would have been nice to have seen prices on the shoe boxes, though. We never talked about price points or how much any pair cost until I made my decision and paid. And perhaps that's for the best in terms of finding the best shoe for my feet. Would I go here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely.

They had the style I wanted it in my size. I like that the inventory is out for customers to try on. W/o an employee running back & forth to stock room. I was offered help several times. Purchased 2 prs, as it was early in the day. Never purchase shoes early in day, due to swelling (this happens to everyone). One pr didn't work out. Planned on returning, but they have such a nice selection, ended up exchanging for another pair. So 2 prs came home with me. I plan on visiting again when I am in the area. They have a huge, huge selection of clothing for women as well as shoes and accessories. There is also a men's section which is not as vast as the ladies but offers, jeans, shirts, hats, and some shoes. You can find some unique items here ranging from a neon sequined happy birthday shirt to a nice summer dress or even some wranglers. Great selection, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
