I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and…read moreinformative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there! Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans. I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

UPDATE: Another plumbing item had me dialing up TCR again, to help out with a kitchen sink issue…read more My call was answered promptly, routed to the scheduler/dispatcher that had a spot for me reserved within 3 hours of the call. Joe came well within the allotted time and was very positive and helpful. He had the sink issue fixed in great time and with minimal interruption to my day as well as minimal cleanup afterwards. Parts and labor were within what I expected to pay for such service. I am very pleased with Joe and TCR, another great service call and awesome resolution!

I'm really impressed with Greene Hunt and would absolutely recommend them for any job…read more We had a pretty big job and needed our entire house two story home repiped, a new water heater, and new toilets installed. We had a few people come out and decided to go with Greene Hunt because of the care Archie took when he first came out and how easy it was to communicate with him. We had a pretty big crew out for two days doing the repiping and stuff and they were all great. Like I said, it was a big job, but they were respectful of our property, efficient, friendly, neat, and did quality work. I felt comfortable enough with the crew that I left them alone at the house for a few hours while I ran errands. Really glad I went with Greene Hunt. They did fantastic work, finished on time, and Archie and the crew at our house were all fantastic.
