Joe came well within the allotted time and was very positive and helpful. He had an idea of what to do, informed me of it so I could give the OK to proceed and then he went about to acquire all that was needed. He had the sink issue fixed in great time and with minimal interruption to my day as well as minimal cleanup afterwards. Parts and labor were within what I expected to pay for such service. I am very pleased with Joe and TCR, another great service call and awesome resolution!

These guys have seen us through a kitchen remodel, two bath remodels and countless other plumbing…read moreservices over the past 8 years. They are knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and their prices are excellent. Most recently, we needed a new tankless water heater, and they handled the job promptly, correctly and at a price significantly less than we were quoted by a larger and more highly advertised plumbing company (using the exact same model water heater as the other company quoted). When you call, the same person answers the phone every time, typically right away, so they are very responsive and there is great continuity through the process. In my experience, other companies leave you on hold for 20 minutes with a recorded voice saying "your call is very important to us" and if you have to call back it's a different person every time. Five stars for Project Services ~ highly recommend.
