The food is really good. A 5 Star Rating for the food. I enjoyed the Candy Fried Wings with Garlic Noodles and Cream Fried Pot Stickers. The Candy Wings were so perfect with their skin caramelized to sweet perfection. I was surprised by the large portion of Garlic Noodles. As others have said, it was yummy. The Cream Fried Pot Stickers are rich in flavor. I am glad I tried them instead of the Lumpia. Good news, they will be expanding and will be expanding their menu. Additional seating and another bathroom is expected. Currently there is seating for about 15 People. There is one TV playing sports with sound and music playing loud enough to be annoying. The table tops were all dirty and were not cleaned during my visit. The bathroom was out of order. Located in a strip mall there is parking. read more

Ok so....first let me start off by saying best wings I have ever tried in my entire life!!! No joke! The Candy wings are the shit! Best amount of crunch, best amount of sauce, everything!! I am not even a wing person but now......I'm obsessed! The line wasn't bad at all but that's bc I called ahead which I strongly recommend. They have an order window and a pick up window. Ok so now the parm wings were kind of dry but still good but hands down you can't go wrong with the Candy wings. A sort of hidden gem in the city of Pittsburg. It's lowkey difficult to spot it from the streets if you're just driving by. A place decked out in Warriors' Blue/Gold, Blue Saigon does a delicious job of fusing Vietnamese + Filipino cuisine. Everything I've tried here has been bomb! First time I ate here, I got their famous candy wings with a side of garlic noodles. Wings are savory + sweet but definitely more on the sweeter side. I've seen other customers order their candy sauce on the side to keep the wings cripsy so that's definitely an option for those that aren't big fans of saucy wings. Garlic noodles are bomb and compliment the wings super well! Recently, I've been getting their Sweet & Salty Pulled Pork banh mi. The bread they use is extremely soft and toasted a bit to add a crunch. Meat is flavorful & tender. They're generous with their meats too! Overall, a solid banh mi sandwich. Cream fried pot stickers are pretty good too! That cream sauce they pot on top of their gyoza is super tasty. Add a thai tea to the end of your order to tie it all in & you wont regret it! This is a very late review considering I've loved them ever since they opened their location here. My go to is always the shaking beef fries and the candy fried wings. Their Thai ice tea is also still one of my favorites. It's been a minute since I've been able to come order food but I did hear they're expanding so I do look forward to that and hopefully maybe some online ordering will be available soon as well. This place is an easy go-to fast(ish) food spot. It's located in a shady looking plaza, but the food is worth it. I got the candy chicken with garlic noodles and warrior dog. The candy chicken is delicious! Sticky, crunchy, and also very meaty. I also enjoyed the warrior dog as it was loaded with all the toppings. Customer service here sucks I placed a order ahead of time and gave them enough time to make it when I arrived there's 2 windows and 2 employees yet only one window was open but I understand maybe she was on break.... 4th in line no biggie but what got them a low review was the fact that the young lady at the closed window decided to wait until 2 of the 3 customers ahead of to to open her window and rather than call me (the next person in line) she helped the person behind me bad customer service! Ugh. such. a. great. family. business. I went there for 3-4 days straight when I was doing drum corps in NorCal. All of their food is great and decently priced. They have some real Asian drinks up in there and r&b jams for the real ones. Their wings are great and so are their noodles. The lemonades are all popping too. Man o man. It's always good food here. Garlic noodles, wings, fries- ALL amazing. The only thing is customer service. It can be a pretty long wait- and don't bother to try placing a phone order- they never pick up! Going to walk up order can be frustrating a little because sometimes they don't even greet or say anything, you'll just wait there. Also tell you the wait is about 20 mins- you'll always end up waiting over 40 mins Went to order at walk up, I ended up waiting an hour- and everyone who ordered behind me got their food before I did. So customer service definitely needs to be worked on. read more

I don't have a lot of things to complain about this place. The service is on-point, the prices are incredibly cheap, and the food punches above its weight. I usually go to In-n-Out or Wendy's on my cheat days (usually on a Saturday ) but their bahn mi sandwiches have been a revelation. Highly recommend! read more

Good food but horrible service!! Was excited to finally try this place since my brother moved in the area. Got there at 11:09 and was told to wait for another 5 minutes as they were still preparing their chicken. Went back in the car and waited patiently. My husband ended up going back out to place our order. Got our food by 11:30 however when we got home where we had mouths to feed. I realized we only received two orders of chicken and was missing another 8 piece. My husband even tried to argue with me that they might have combined my order. Nope! I counted and each box only had 8 pieces each. My husband called and he was told he needed to bring back the food which we had already started eating because we were all hungry. And it would've been another 10-15 minutes just go bring it back to show them proof that we really didn't get our full order. It wasn't worth it to drive all the way there just for that and they even hung up on him. Sad that this establishment is taking advantage of the fact that they're busy enough to not have to worry about people who do complain. read more

Ordered candy wings- YUM- tasted almost like the famous San Tung wings in SF where you have to wait in long lines just to get a seat! Now when I get that craving, I can just get my fix here! Awesome! Garlic noodles-my son's favorite! Lumpia- always a good thing, who doesn't love lumpia?! Shaking Beef French fries- now normally I do not like fries loaded with stuff bc think it looks or tastes gross! BUT these were the bomb! So dropped by Tuesday to finally check out this place. I ordered a buffet of items to get a good feel of what BS was about. My order consist of: (1) pork belly banh mi 4**** ($6)- tasty bites of crispy pork but lacking in garnish. Also I asked for extra jalapeno but actually got none. Recommended more cilantro, carrots, the white daniko?, and sliced cucumbers. Bread was perfect..crunchy and tasty. (2) Parmesan wings with garlic noodles 3***- okay (3) Fish and Chicken tacos 4****-excellent! Happen to meet the owner on my visit. I'm unfortunately unable to find the pictures of the Garlic Noodles, or fried shrimp taco. That aside, this is one of the best Asian fusion food places I've been to in Northern California. Everything was fresh, and the people who work there are awesome. I would suggest calling ahead because the line can get a bit long, and the space gets cramped quickly while people wait, but nothing that isn't tolerable. Blue Saigon essentially serves street food that fuses Vietnamese and Filipino food. From my understanding, they started off as a food truck and now have a brick and mortar location in Railroad avenue in Pittsburg, Ca. This restaurant is about 3 miles from my place which makes it convenient to go to. The place is actually small, but there is some tables inside. It's best if you take it to go. When I order from Blue Saigon I get the following: Garlic Noodles with Glazed Prawns - This is very flavorful and tasty. The noodles and prawns are smothered with garlic sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese. I love this Garlic Noodles. It can get a bit messy. Warrior Dog - Large hot dog with bacon, pickled red onions, nacho cheese and mustard aioli. This hot dog is lit. Really tasty, a bit too much dressing, but overall, really good. Again, this can be messy. Sisig Fries - So this is not in the menu, but order it and they will know what you're talking about. This is probably the best item on their menu. It's a blend of a traditional Filipino dish and California style fries. This is my favorite out of everything here. Be prepared to be sleepy afterwards haha. My sister had the candy fried chicken and it's really good too. I think there's too much sauce and it's too sweet, but that can just be me. It can also be sticky too. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it is unique in itself. The successful fusion between Vietnamese and Filipino food exemplifies the versatility of Asian food and how creativity within it can take it to a whole another level. read more

I saw candy wings written on the outside and was so stunned and confused but overwhelmed with desire to try this wonder. The food is delicious and fresh, 15 minutes after ordering, my fiancé and I receive our crazy looking fries and my candied wings. Oh my tummy! If you're drunk or feeling the munchies that could only be satiated by three or four flavors dancing in your mouth, I wouldn't recommend any place else than Blue Saigon. Today especially on a THURSDAY tells me that they still have a high volume of clients that want garlic noodles, still none. Amazing! This place is the spot. Employees are super nice and the food taste great. The sisig fries, CA Burrito and Candy wings are the best and even better when you wash it down with a Thai iced tea, but you can't go wrong with any other item. I haven't been to the Brentwood location yet but looking forward to check it out. Also I suggest calling in ahead of time as it may get super busy. Crispiest fish I've had in a while and I know my roommate would be a big fan. The crispiness of their food is honestly hard to beat. Fries, tilapia, lumpia, all delicious and at a super SUPER affordable price. Thai tea is only $2 which is worth compared to what you get at a traditional Vietnamese pho place or something. Shoutout to their fries; highly recommend the garlic fries which are just completely covered in Parmesan and garlic, as well as their steak fries. Also recommend getting their tilapia on the side with their dipping sauces. Music is fire and workers are nice especially if you eat in, they keep checking in on you.
