Being a cost conscious consumer with high end design ideas, Noe was able to work with me to give me what I wanted at an affordable price. His estimate was spot on, and therefore there were no surprises at the end of the project. I had a Spring cleaning (lawn mowed/weeds treated), sod installed, mulch placed in both the front and backyards, as well as a new stone border placed alongside my walkway - all of which turned out amazing and I get lots of compliments from my neighbors about my lawn now that it's no longer a disaster zone! Aside from the top notch service, the other reason I gave Avanza a 5 star is how they responded to things that didn't go to plan (after all, it's how a customer is treated when things don't go well that really differentiates a company). We went through many ideas within a short period of time, and there were 2 - 3 small items that got missed (e.g. mulching of a certain location, etc.). When I pointed this out to Noe, he was quick to respond, and make things right without any hassle or complaints.

Bad mistake! They ended up messing up my yard and I had to fire them. Kyle (the owner) reached back out to me at the perfect time and we decided to move forward. He was quick with responses and had reasonable, competitive prices. He had his crew finish up and add more things that the landscapers before did not finish. I asked them to put in a garden style patio, while adding mulch to the surrounding areas. The backyard is completely transformed and I can't wait to sit out there and enjoy it. The crew arrived on time every morning and worked hard everyday to finish up as much as they could. I also added on some services along the way like weed removal and installing nails to the light poles and Kyle helped me out with no problem. I highly recommend them for your landscaping/lawn needs.
