Total cost $318 to replace a $30 valve. ($225 for the valve repair $75 for the service call plus tax). the Tech was there well short of an hour. Seems kind of short sighted. i would have rated them a 5 and been happy with the $225 to diagnose and repair the valve. ($30 in parts and close to $200 in labor. Next time i will pay the service call to get the issue diagnosed and do the repair myself and save close to $200.

I was given answers to all my questions promptly (I had quite a few of them) and was advised on my selection of roofing material and color. The crew did a fantastic job, and the quote was spot on. No debris was left behind and they were amazingly quick - started in the morning and finished just after lunch! It was a hot day and I made sure I set out some water, Gatorade, and Redbull for them. In just about two days we had a a quote all set and he provided some guidance on the type of plants if we wanted to plant additional ones and within a day we had scheduled service.
