They came last year and did the backflow test already, so our number was still in the system so our records were easy to locate. They gave me a timeframe of the hours between 8-12pm. I requested for a text to be sent out 30 mins prior before arrival and the automated system texted me at 9am. Dave came around 9:15am and said it would take around 10 mins to check everything. He came back and said that there may have been a leak and I'd have to pay an additional $60 for his time. He came back and said that there was a tiny rock that was caught, which was why the back flow preventer was leaking. He only charged us an additional $30 instead of $60, but this was an easy fix which took about 5 mins. Honestly, the additional $30 was not worth it imo. The entirety of the appointment took about 25-30 mins. Giving 4 stars due his honesty and his professionalism.

As a part of their appointment confirmation process, they updated it to a service call with a $120 fee, making it quite easy to click 'confirm' without reading the details. After the 2 minute service, the technician admittedly felt bad he needed to charge for a service call and recommended I reach out to Support to waive the fee, which Support declined.

I was given answers to all my questions promptly (I had quite a few of them) and was advised on my selection of roofing material and color. The crew did a fantastic job, and the quote was spot on. No debris was left behind and they were amazingly quick - started in the morning and finished just after lunch! It was a hot day and I made sure I set out some water, Gatorade, and Redbull for them. In just about two days we had a a quote all set and he provided some guidance on the type of plants if we wanted to plant additional ones and within a day we had scheduled service. He texted me before arriving so that we can go over things. He worked quietly and efficiently , texted again so we can see how things were looking and decided on playing additional or not and when he was done he texted again for final review .
