I don't see them staying open for long. They price gauging with bottle service/ sections. I went Friday & it was barely anyone in there (per usual). You can only sit at the bar unless you buy a bottle ($300+). I can understand you have to buy a bottle to sit at a booth but to sit at the regular tables is insane. I used to frequent this restaurant regularly, but after my most recent experience, I will never return. About a week ago, I used my debit card at this establishment, and shortly after, I discovered that someone had taken a picture of my card and either used it themselves or gave it to someone else to make nearly $1,000 worth of unauthorized purchases on Walmart.com. I hadn't physically used this card in months, so I immediately knew this had to have happened here--especially since it was the only place I had used it. This happened early in the day when they had just opened, making it very easy for management to review their security footage if they had any intention of addressing the issue. I reached out to the restaurant multiple times via phone and email, and they never responded. I also filed a police report and contacted Walmart. While some may say that my bank could simply refund me, that is not enough on principle. The lack of response from this establishment is incredibly disappointing. A responsible business would at the very least acknowledge the concern, investigate, and show care for its customers. Instead, they chose to ignore the situation altogether. My advice: Do not patronize this restaurant. They do not value their customers, and they seem comfortable turning a blind eye to the increasing scam culture in Atlanta. Hookah fan here since 2007, and finally made it to this locale right outside the Shops. Location is great and food is tasty! I ordered the lamb skewers with Jasmine rice, and they were very tasty! I can tell they take extra steps to make their food taste distinguished from an item on most hookah lounge menus... The lamb was marinated nicely and the hooka was a nice top off. Drink menu offers various premium drinks and prices aren't too bad. About ($13 for a drink Henny, Ciroc, Bacardi) Now, I'll be back but the manager did ruin the end for us because he is incompetent. Don't you feel cheated or disgusted when the staff is better than a manager?!?! We got there at 8pm. The host advised us at 10pm they charge for tables.... I'm sure you know where I'm already going. My group and I were in no argument here but the loser manger kept putting pressure on us from about 9:50-1030. When he found out the waitress was m.i.a. the last 20 min or so he felt like a jerk. My group and I had been ready to go but the waitress never brought the checks. Whose fault is that?!?... We are not going to leave without our tab closed to stand by the bar and wait on a check and have to sign at the bar. We will do that at the table! My bill should have been $45 but charged me $108 for 2 drinks and a shot. When I disputed the bill the waitress was extremely rude and hostile when I was trying to tell her this was wrong and then said there was nothing she could do about along with would not separate or provide an itemized receipt. We arrived at 10:50 and was unable to get the table we reserved because we were 5 mins late! We was then told that we had to buy a section that only seated 6! The setting is cool and nice. The food is okay just a little too over priced for quality of taste in my opinion. I got the lamb chops which had a great presentation but lacked a little in taste. I would expect the lamb chops to be very tasty since it's a steakhouse price. My friend got the salmon and also felt the same way. Drinks are also over priced. I would recommend sticking to straight liquor with your mixture of choice over getting any of the cocktails and martinis because they are pre batched which makes the presence of the liquor rare. We had friends that were coming that were regulars there and knew a waiter, so I hoped we would get better service. We found the waiter our friends told us to find - Mansow or something close, and he got my drink that was sitting at the bar. As the night progressed I really wanted food, I wasn't sure who my waiter/waitress was so I asked the girl Kay if she could help me order when as she flew past, she smiled and NEVER CAME BACK. She walked past a million times, if she wasn't going to help she easily could have said I'll get the other waiter for you. But nothing! Finally get the male waiters attention, ordered food, ate the food which was ok, but not worth going in to flag someone down to feed you. It seems like a place you need to be fine with being left at a table and ignored unless you speak up, which isn't how service should be at a restaurant. AND FOR THE BIll! Me and a friend split our tab, I gave $40 and friend gave a card. (Would have been 34$ each) I said please split the bill and can I have change of a 20 so I can tip. He doesn't take the 20. I like to give at least 20% because I work in the service industry, and my tab would have been higher if someone would have come to the table to ask if we needed anything. WELL HE BRINGS ME NO CHANGE FROM MY 40. Just brings my friends card back. I never said keep the 6$ and I wanted to leave more. So at that point keep the 6$, you have stopped yourself from receiving more money. We came in on a sat at 830 and sat at the bar until the rest of our party arrived. The bartender was nice and attentive. The sangria was amazing! Once everyone was there we moved to a table. We ordered a hookah but no one ever came back to order our food for a good 2hrs. I asked the guy cleaning the tables he said he would get our server. The reviews were terrible with a lot of customer service and racism complaints. New name, same old ####! The customer service is still lacking and food is still okay. It looks the same inside as well. Anyway, I decided to give Blue another chance after a couple of awful experiences at Instablue; the result was the same. It was a Friday night, a little chilly outside, with few outside seating available. I walk in and the music is blazing. Is this a club or lounge? The hostess rudely informed me that seating inside was only for bottle service. Huh? Meanwhile there were several empty tables inside. There were two of us and I knew we wouldn't be able to finish half a bottle of anything, let alone an entire bottle. We got seated and ordered a bottle anyway, a hookah, and food. Hookah was just like every other; and chicken kabob and 3 cheese pizza was just okay. Waitress would be gone for 30 minutes at a time. I will definitely not be going back to this place. Went there last night for the first time. It was pretty decent. Ordered the chicken kebab and it was good. Drinks were good as well. Only downfall about this place is the prices are high as hell, it's small inside, and over crowded. They have tables right in the middle of the area. We originally sat at the bar with chairs and they took our chairs around 10:30pm talking about "we're expecting a high volume crowd tonight. We need to pull the chairs." Meanwhile you have Big Pun 2.5 and Fat Joe 3.2 slobbing down meals right in the middle of the dance floor. One of the women needed to retrieve something from her vehicle and I chose to walk her to and from her vehicle. On the way out I asked security if there would be any issue and they stated "no and that it would not be an issue" and that we could enter without wait upon our return. We returned within five minutes and when we tried to enter the security guard said that they won't be letting anyone back inside. I reminded him of our conversation and he said "we're just here to get money and then leave and the longer you all are here the longer we have to stay". I explained that the establishment is opened for two more hours and there is still plenty of seating. A few of the waitresses saw what happened and came out to explain that we were apart of two sections of which one section had my card for the tab. He became aggressive with them and they went back inside. I haven't returned to the establishment since being treated this way. This isn't a good way to conduct business. The DJ is super dope! Thursday nights are R&B, and fridays and Saturday's are open forum. This place used to be a place to smoke some hookah. Now the vibe is completely different and it's a great summertime vibe! The parking is nice because it is a garage that is right next door. So you don't have to worry about street parking. Thursday night catered to the 25 and older crowd which fit for me because the DJ and crowd was pleasant. The drinks are weak and overpriced unless you are a regular and then the bartender will do right by you. I know because we had a local regularly talk to our waitress and she came back with a second drink for my friend who agreed that the new drink was significantly stronger than the first. Hookah ranges from 30-45 dollars on average you can get shots of alcohol added to your hookah.
