Honestly, this should be a 1 star but I don't ever give 1 star, so I'm giving 2. I had called…read moreearlier in the week to schedule a plumber to come check out my toilet which had been making some funky noises. Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed by the technician after I called in. Afterwards, I received a voicemail back from Chis about the appointment. This part was my bad, I did not call back immediately and called a few days later, and left a voicemail. Received no call back. I was optimistic that my previously confirmed appointment was still on (silly me), so when the day of the appointment came along, no call. I called Chris back, and left a voicemail, no callback. I waited a bit (a couple of hours), and called again, no answer. I called back the main line for Rocket Plumbing and explained the situation to the technician, who told me that they would get a hold of Chris to call me back because he was probably busy... nothing. It's been a few weeks and I'm still thinking about this exchange, so I'm writing this review. So this is my experience with this company. Extremely disappointed and confused because of the 5-star Yelp ratings. The process for me has been very time-consuming, and ultimately an unfruitful process.
