We have a mid-sized commercial shopping center in Monterey Park, California, and have used Emergency Rooter Services for all our plumbing needs, large and small, for the past decade. They always respond quickly, and get our shopping center up and work in excellent time. They efficiently diagnose the issue, and fix it quickly at the lowest possible cost. In our last complicated sewer emergency, we experienced flooding in the parking lot on a Sunday morning. Emergency Rooter, and its proprietor, Jorgé, worked till early Monday morning, and dug several deep holes, and replaced several segments of sewer piping, all by opening time 8am Monday morning. Jorgé himself personally oversaw the early morning work. They charge reasonably, understand our needs and urgencies, and always act in our best interests. read more

This is the best and professional plumbing service around. What I thought was a clogged pipe, actually turned out to be a broken pipe under my concrete slab house. Jorge who is the owner, found the damage with his diagnostic camera. Since the pipe was broken underneath my front bathroom, Jorge and his assistant Randy were very careful on removing my tile flooring and preparing the area to have power sledgehammer break up the flooring and keeping the area clean. Once Jorge found the pipe, he replaced it and found it was still clogged. He cleared the clog and had us up and running. However, he noticed there was still dirt in the piping further down the line. Most plumbers would have said the job was complete and left. Thank goodness Jorge is a professional and checked further. Long story short, he found the pipe was broken in several areas as well as the main. This job required two days of actual hard labor, with digging out several feet of dirt and working in extremely tight quarters to prevent from having to break up more flooring which would have led into my hallway and possibly into a bedroom. Jorge kept me updated on the situation, showing me the pipe damage as well as work with our homeowners insurance. I will always use Jorge, Emergency Rooter Service for all my plumbing needs as you should too. read more

Went to my girlfriends house tonight. She kept talking about her plumbing emergency. Her shower was backed up. She had two plumbers out. One gave an estimate of $2500 and the other told her over $5000. They both said that they couldn't snake because her pipes were rotted out. She called a friend and asked if she knew a plumber with integrity. Her friend recommended Jorge. She called him and he came right away. He went under the house and took pictures, which the other two plumbers didnt. He fixed a ring around her toilet that was leaking and snaked her pipes. Problem was solved for $250. He did diagnose another leak that wasn't as urgent and gave her a quote for about $450. That is what you call integrity and great service. I told her that I was going to post a review for her. You have to support great local businesses. read more

I highly recommend George - I called him yesterday in a state of panic, with an emergency on my hands. He was responsive, helpful, and did NOT try to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. He asked me to send him pictures of what was going on and he said he'd stop by in 30-45 minutes. He under-promised and over delivered. He was at my house sooner than the time expected and took a look at the situation. The toilet stopped leaking on its own, there were no valves broken so he tested the toilet multiple times, tested other faucets etc and found no issue. He didn't charge me for coming down to my house and most importantly, he didn't make something up Just to get money. He said if anything happens again to call him immediately. great, honest, guy. Highly recommend. read more

Emergency Plumbing Services is top notch! George practically rebuilt our faulty tankless water heater from the ground up after the Takagi company seemed to be giving us the run around. He provided fair and honest services with prices to match. I HIGHLY recommend George and Emergency Plumbing Services to anyone with plumbing trouble or anyone wanting to stay ahead of that inevitable clog. Thanks George! read more

Jorge and his team provided Excellent service.  Very thorough, friendly, and best of all they cleaned up after themselves when they finished.  We have priced other locations and the prices are very competitive. Jorge dispatched Eddie and his partner who arrived promptly at our location. After Eddie diagnosed the problem they brought out "the big guy" a huge snake and cleaned clogged main line. Everything works perfect. Would recommend for quick and efficient emergency services. read more

I had an emergency at my house due to a pipe busting underneath a concrete slab. I knew that it would cost a lot of money, knowing that the plumber may potentially break the concrete slab. I began searching Yelp for good plumbers but most of the plumbers seems fishy. I then came across Jorge. He only had 13 reviews but all of them rated him 5 stars. I called Jorge, gave him my address then within 20 minutes later he arrived. I'm so glad I called him. From the very get go, he was upfront and informed me of what I should do. Many plumbers could've easily taken advantage of my unfortunate situation. But not Jorge, he was great and very personable guy. Although he may not have the amount of reviews we yelpers look for, I was really impressed with the service. He was fast and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Don't be scared of the minimal review he has. He's legit and won't take advantage of you! read more

Didn't want to share this coz I want this to just be our little secret but that's selfish. George is awesome. We call him for all our needs. He's spent many long hours determined to fix our problem. After attempting to unclog a drain myself using the rental snake from Home Depot, I called Jorge out to help. It was Saturday afternoon about 2 hours before a party at my house was going to start and all of my drains were stopped up. I was in a panic. Jorge came out right away, had the right equipment to unclog the drain, then ran the video camera down the drain to show me a massive root in the pipe. He said he could come back during the week and Hydro-jet the pipe to clean out the root growth. He did come back and do the hydro work and showed me how clean the pipes were. I am greatful that I found Jorge to help. He was clean, professional, and very helpful and charged a fair price. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of Plumbing work and will continue to use him for all the plumbing problems at my house in the future. read more

What a lifesaver! Where do I begin...came home to 2 backed up bathrooms, 1 flooding, not good! found co. 2nd on Yelp with 5 stars nearby, prayed to pick the right one and called! George answered, the most gracious guy, already in for the night but said he'd change and be right over, about 45 min later all is in working order and gave us a super fair price for an emergency call...good plumber good guy:) big blessing, and highly recommend read more

My husband and I were very pleased with the service Emergency Rooter Services provided. We were clueless when hit with the water leak disaster that hit both of our bathrooms which backed up to one another. George and his team were quick yet thorough. I appreciated their cleanliness while working and the way they explained the problem and gave us options for solving the problem. We would and have recommended them to others. read more

We recently had a slab leak in our 35 year old, copper piped home. Since this was not the first leak we had experienced we decided we should do a whole house re-pipe. We had two estimates and Jorge was lower than the competition and included a new water heater. We definitely made the RIGHT choice. Although I will admit, going through a "whole house re-pipe" is no less than a week of HE**. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job and kept the misery to a minimum. Jorge is accommodating, caring and professional. And his crew is AWESOME. Jonathan, Joaquin and Luis are tremendous assets to Jorge's business and they work together like an orchestra, Jorge conducts and they don't miss a note. They are uber friendly and always had smiles on their faces. They did a great job of clean-up too. I didn't have a go-to plumber before because I've always been do-it-yourselfer but this job was way too big for any homeowner to tackle. I now have a plumber for life. I won't hesitate to call Jorge for any plumbing problem we may encounter in the future. Great job Jorge and Crew! read more

Highly recommended. We had a hot water tank hose spring a leak and George was out within an hour on a Saturday night. Price was less than I thought it would be. read more

To all of those home owners out there looking for a Plumber in Southern California. I CAN NOT recommend these guys enough!!! Within 2 hours on a SATURDAY they were at our house fixing a DIY project that went south very quickly. Expected to pay ridiculous rates for weekend service (because we had no choice) but they were reasonable, quick, and genuinely great on all ends!! We will be using them for the rest of our home ownership life!! Cheers to running water and kitchen sinks!! read more

Jorge is the exception to the rule when it comes to plumbers. He is on time, efficient, very fair and resolves the problem and always with a smile on his face.
