Seriously one of the BEST experiences I've had moving in a really long time... possibly ever! Caleb was very understanding and patient with me while I didn't have a definite timeline of my move.. and when I had exact dates, he worked hard to make sure my timeline was met. We had two guys come out on Saturday before the move.. LT and another guy (sorry I forgot his name) and they were both super efficient, respectful, and organized. When our move came on Monday, Quan and his crew showed up on time, had great communication, were very patient while we finished packing what hadn't gotten packed, also very fast and efficient as well. Quan drove our stuff down that same day and we were able to get our stuff the next day. He was eager to unload the truck himself even though he didn't have a partner to help him offload... in which my husband offered to help him. 10/10 recommend this company to anyone looking to move. read more

LT and Frederick certainly had less than optimum conditions moving in 95° heat, but they remained positive and friendly, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy the job (that they performed very well). I think this was a classic case of "you get what you pay for". A lot cheaper than other quotes I got. The owner was very responsive and professional and great during the scheduling process. The movers were professional and showed up on time. However - some furniture and walls got banged up in both houses. Had some paint touch up to do. And they didn't really mention it. Just acted like it didn't happen. Luckily the furniture was also painted furniture in which the paint was scratched off multiple places so it can be touched up. Half a sectional was left upstairs bc they couldn't get it apart to get it down the stairs so I had to do it with a friend the next day. read more

This was a very frustrating experience, refusing to move boxes, bags/totes that did not have a "secured" lid on them. This was not made clear when booking the move, so if you are planning your move, anticipate having to do a lot of the moving work yourself because this company refuses to move. When you are paying them to get you out of the house, but they refuse to move a good portion of your stuff, they are really useless. Personal equipment was damaged, and the movers were not even going to say anything about the damage done. They were hoping they could set it down in the new place, without mentioning the damage. Then when personal property is damaged, their insurance covers peanuts. If I didn't care about damage to my property, I would attempt to move the heavy things myself, but instead hiring a moving company to help with the heavy things to try to avoid damage was the whole point. While I understand accidents happen, they should be responsible for the negligence and damages done, and that is not the case. 0/10, would never recommend this company to anyone and would never use them again. read more

I sold my house and did a long distance move from Columbus, OH to Springfield, MA. Everyone knows moving is a stressful time. They did everything to assure me I was the most important customer they had. The initial consultation with Caleb was very cordial. He did an inventory of my house, the process they would use, a cost analysis and background on the team of drivers he would assign the job. The estimate was competitive and slightly below his competition. Then he offered words that surprised me stating " Can I earn your business and hopefully a good review so we can grow this business ". I was impressed. This would be a two day move due to distance and closing on the house requiring paperwork on several days putting me behind the truck. The team arrived on schedule, introduced themselves, asked questions and assured me of my complete satisfaction. They wouldn't even let me help. I was impressed. The two day journey went off without problems, they truck was right on schedule to two locations, the offload, quick, efficient and professional. When complete I was asked if my satisfaction had been met before asking for a signature. I stated yes. They said Sir, thank you for your business, it's been a pleasure, may we have a reference from you for future business which I was only happy to offer. I then signed for the delivery and they offered a best of luck. Couldn't have asked for better service. USE THEM ! read more
