That rate was increased to $134 in May, and now, just six months later, it is jumping another $49 to $183. That means my monthly rate has gone from $94 to $183 in a relatively short period of time -- nearly doubling. I would genuinely like to know what justifies such a drastic increase, especially considering the level of service and security provided. There is no staff member on-site to speak with if you have a problem or concern. Instead, customers have to enter the building and communicate with someone through a kiosk. On top of that, the perimeter gates have repeatedly been broken, which is a security concern I have raised before. If rates are going to increase this significantly and this frequently, customers should at least be able to see improvements in staffing, security, or service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. At this point, these constant rate increases feel excessive and incredibly frustrating.

They keep saying that someone will call XXXX or I to resolve this issue, but I have not heard back from anyone. This situation seems as though your company wants to keep the content of this storage space. Your company discloses that the calls are recorded, and you will see that we have called to make payment.
