‼ DANGER!!!‼ DANGER!!!‼DANGER!!!‼ Do NOT rent here!!!!!!…read moreI've been back and forth to Ohio the past few years building data centers and the most recent trip back, my mother in law passed so we came back to stay a year or two and needed to put our stuff in storage for a few weeks. Once we established residency we went to the unit to start packing. After only 6 weeks THERE WAS MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!!! Our dining room table, our queen and twin mattresses, our clothes, the walls, the headboard for the bed set? ALL COVERED IN MOLD!!!!! We called the office and initially they said to fill out a form but they sent an email shortly after saying sorry our insuranceDOES NOT cover mold. I doubt they cover anything. So all of our stuff, roughly $1,000, is gone. Mold on the wood frame of the building, the concrete floors, everywhere. The mold was clearly there before we moved in, 6 weeks isn't long enough for mold to invade a building and then move to the furniture, it's been there. Anyone who has a unit, go empty it NOW!!!! If you're thinking of renting here, DO NOT!!! The way they've treated us and the way they claim it's not their fault is unacceptable. Your buildings infested with mold and your responsible for the damages to our property. Sad thing is this isn't the first time my team and I have used this place but IT IS THE LAST. That is your fault. 6 weeks in storage mold came from the building. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT MOLD!!!
