Well, this place has potential but it needs some better management. A little signage at the host's station would be nice. We just kind of stood there looking lost. We had brunch reservations although the place was mostly empty. The bartender showed us to our seats and took our order right away. He was friendly and helpful. We waited about 40 minutes for our food to arrive, but it was okay. It's hard to screw up omelettes and scrambled eggs. However, they didn't put the right things in my omelette. No biggie. Also, I ordered Diet Coke. They brought Diet Pepsi and no, it's not the same. They had a musician in the lobby he was a bit loud and ricky for a Sunday morning brunch crowd. The atmosphere was nice. Race cars interspersed in the dining area. Overall, it was okay. Not sure if I'll come back, but who knows.

What a cool place! Parked in the back of the hotel and took the elevator up. Immediately greeted by race cars! I perused the historic pictures and cars while walking for the hostess. We had a party of 12 and they handled us very well. The menus came in a leather pouch like an owners manual for a car. So neat. The names of cocktails were all based on car racing. Every little detail including pictures of car diagrams made the menu just like an owners manual. I was so entertained. My old fashioned came served in a motor oil can. Everyone loved that. My only qualm was it wasn't cold enough. My ice melted pretty quick. I did get a refresher on my ice for the second go around, as the motor oil can holds enough for two drinks. We had appetizers for the table; all were good. I especially liked the pork belly. The complimentary focaccia bread and butter was so good! Our entrees all came out in a timely manner. My chicken was a little overcooked but otherwise good. The short rib looked really good and so did the pasta. We were all too full to get dessert. But I'm sure it would've been great. The bathrooms for the restaurant are part of the hotel and are not really race car themed. Parking is free and plentiful. No reservation needed unless there's a race going on. I had no idea this restaurant is inside the Marriott's autograph collection hotel. I'm sure it's really nice; I didn't enter through the front but this brand of hotel is typically very nice. I would eat here again. It's certainly entertaining and everything was really good.

Ok it was our last night in Daytona and we waited to go to a high end restaurant and enjoy some really tasty food. I came to the table after my husband was seated because I needed to visit the restroom. It started with our waitress Kim who had brought him a glass of wine.. she just looked at me and said the word" DRINK"! No hello, can I get you something to drink! We ordered our meals. I ordered maple glazed salmon and he Mahi over linguine. My salmon was cooked to death and his Mahi was bland. The waitress came back and asked how the food was and I told her nicely that the salmon was so over cooked I could not eat it. He did not complain about his but he should have. She said " I'll see what I can do!" The manager came to the table.. apologized and took it away. We both came to realize that she never asked how I wanted it cooked and I just imagined it would come out medium with a pink inside which is how it is usually served. She asked if I would like something else. He was half done so I got an appy of pork belly popsicles with carrot kimchi which was the only thing that was delicious. Would not go back.

This place was an hour away from my residence but it was well worth the drive. Family & friends gathered here for my sister's Birthday. Blue Flame is located inside a Marriott hotel in Daytona Beach right across the Speedway. What impressed me most was the amazing decor. It was pretty awesome to see all of race cars inside the restaurant. Blue flame is also known for their Moonshine. It did not disappoint. The food was also amazing and well prepared. The waitress & servers were good and attentive. The wife & I shared a street style Philly with my choice of regular fries while she had sweet potato tater tots. I ordered the Smokey & The Bandit (still house moonshine whiskey, sweet vermouth, aromatic & walnut bitters) which was served with a great presentation. I recommend this place for a great time & good food. Also lots to do in The area.

Wonderful Christmas dinner!

What a lovely Christmas dinner! Came to visit my mother in law for the holidays and this place popped up with such good reviews. And they lived up to the expectations. From our server Arienne who was wonderful to the 3 course Christmas menu, everything was delicious. The butternut squash bisque, chicken and salmon entrees and cheesecake were excellent. We will definitely come back and sit outside for cocktails on the cool terrace overlooking the speedway. Car aficionados will love the amazing cars throughout the space. Definitely recommend!

Came here for their Thanksgiving special since my family nor my partner's family were doing anything for the holiday. The prefixed menu options were great and the cocktail menu is storied and unique. You can walk around and look at the NASCAR and racing history items, as well as go out on the balcony to enjoy your drink by the fire. The service was a little slow in the beginning because it was busy, but understandably so on Thanksgiving. We were happy to have such a good meal and made sure our servers knew we appreciated their time on the holiday.

I only had a drink here, but this place is really, really cool! Intermingled with tables are race cars and motorcycles! How different is that? How about a naturally lavender colored drink? I loved that it is indoor-outdoor with bar seating at both, as well as sofas and fun chairs outside. It has really neat windows that can be closed for Florida's pop-up storms.

Fun fact: Blue Flame is inside a hotel right across from the Daytona Speedway, and you have to take an elevator to get to the restaurant--definitely a cool entrance! For drinks, I had the Smokey & The Bandit cocktail, which had a great smoky flavor, and the Moonshine Flight of 4 (Lemon Drop, Blackberry, Strawberry, and Apple Pie). Each one had a nice kick, but the Apple Pie was my favorite--it tasted just like dessert in a glass! For food, we started with the Stacked Potato Chips--these are made from scratch, crispy, and super addictive! The Philly cheese steak was packed with flavor, with tender meat & melted cheese, and the side of fries was hot and crispy, just the way fries should be. The only downside? The food took at least 40 minutes to come out, and the place wasn't even that busy. Luckily, we were enjoying the company and talked it out, so it didn't completely ruin the experience. The vibe here is fun, the food is delicious, and the drinks are strong! If you don't mind a wait, Blue Flame is worth checking out--especially if you're in town for a race.

Old Fashioned w/ Walnut Bitters

Race cars, craft drinks, rooftop patio. What else do you want? Blue Flame is the second story restaurant and bar in the Daytona Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel at One Daytona plaza. The hotel is fairly new, the restaurant and bar has a very chic modern design and indoor and outdoor seating (that has a view of the center of the plaza). They can make most of your favorite cocktails here but they have a very strong selection of American Whiskey and Old Smoky and Sugarlands Moonshine. You can get any cocktail here smoked for an extra $2 so that can be really fun if you're having whiskey or mezcal. Drinks: Blood Orange Mule - Highly recommended, this alternative take on a mule is an easy sipper but will eventually catch up to you. It's a little sweeter than a standard Moscow Mule, with the Blood Orange Moonshine and dried blood orange slice on top making it all yummy. Old Fashioned with Walnut Bitters - This is not on the menu but I had them make it for me with Makers and they did a great job, served over a large ice square and topped with an orange peel. Moonshine Flight of Four ($20) - You get a lot of bang for your buck with this one with four mini mason shot jars filled with moonshine. Pick any flavors you like. We had Apple Pie, Blackberry, Lemon Drop and Strawberry. The strawberry tasted like medicine, the rest were fine. Lunch/Dinner Philly Cheesesteak w/ Fries ($16) - You want something for your IG? Get this. I ordered a shaved ribeye cheesesteak with caramelized onions, peppers, mushrooms and provolone and instead got a big red toolbox. A metal toolbox. Unlock the latch and the top screwdriver tray held my fries and the bottom half held my sandwich. It's definitely a whoa moment when this gets served to your table. And guess what? The cheesesteak is really good. Tender beef sliced paper thin, charred crispy on the edges, browned onions, melted cheese, toasted roll, it was all great. Jumbo Pretzel ($13) - This is also impressive as heck. A one foot wide pretzel is served hanging/suspended on a rack with honey mustard, bourbon honey butter and beer cheese. Ideal for sharing with others. Pan Seared Filet with Roasted Asparagus and Garlic Mashed Potatoes ($38) - A very nice cut of beef, mine was tender and cooked just right with some pink in the middle. The steak had good seasoning on the outside and was seared just right. The garlic mash matched up well with this. If you are craving steak, you will be happy with this. Service here is friendly and good but it can take a little longer than normal to get to you because like everything in the food service industry right now, they are slightly short staffed. Add in that I was here during a hurricane and everyone in the hotel was eating here and they were working with a skeleton crew, it's understandable. But would it be a good restaurant if it was outside of a hotel? I would say yes, because I had a few meals here and I still am curious to try a couple of other items. If you live in Daytona, it's a nice dinner date place that's easily accessible since One Daytona has plenty of free parking.

Came in here after Daytona Turkey Rod and came to the bar. Service was fast and drinks a little weak but once you asked the bartender they added a little more alcohol. Food was delicious and will definitely be back. Ambiance was nice and beautiful decor.

Wow. This place is amazing. We came after checking out the James Webb exhibit at the Museum of Art and Science. Walked in thinking it was way too fancy looking and we may not want to spend a fortune and be disappointed. Being into cars we said sure let's give it a shot (there are actual cars in the dining area). Bartender was super nice. All of our drinks were fantastic! Our food was phenomenal and WAYYYY better than expected. I expected overpriced hotel food that was very bland or boring and I was completely wrong. We will absolutely be back if we are back in Daytona at some point.

Wonderfully surprising awesome. Made reservations for New Years Eve. We always wanted to try this place but always heard mixed reviews. Our NYE plans changed and we were able to secure a reservation. Food was amazing and delish!!! Charcuterie board with homemade jerky and homemade pickles. OUTSTANDING! Shrimp Risotto with pickles mustard seeds was perfect. Filet with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Amazing. We finished with Pineapple panacotta - tasted better than it looked Loved all the cars in the Hotel and restaurant The wine was way overpriced.

Located on the beach side of Atlantic Avenue in what looks like a motel, Adam's Egg appears to be a popular place for motel guests. We were seated promptly by an overly friendly server and perused the menu. After hearing about their breakfast special, Adam's Breakfast Bowl, my wife decided to order that with crispy house potatoes, crispy bacon and scrambled eggs with gravy on the side ($15). She also ordered a side of toasted wheat toast ($2). I ordered the Adam's Two and Two with scrambled eggs, bacon and house potatoes ($13). We each ordered coffee ($8) and water to go with our meals. My wife liked her dish but thought the potatoes weren't crispy. My breakfast was fine, although I thought the scrambled eggs lacked the fluffiness that I've come to expect for an elevated breakfast experience. Lately, I've been judging breakfast joints by how fluffy their scrambled eggs are...and this didn't quite make the mark. It was an OK breakfast. The highlight of our meal was the friendly and efficient server. Breakfast for 2 with tip came out to just over $48.

This spot has always held great memories for all of us, whether together or separately, and we were hoping it would still feel the same. It absolutely did. Since it was a Monday night, it was nicely relaxed--not too crowded--and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. We grabbed a table right by the bar in the open-air section, and everything about it was just perfect. The weather cooperated (low humidity for the win!), and the setting felt like a little tropical escape. Between the pergola, Bimini-style covers, and all the lush greenery, it honestly felt like dining in a beautiful garden. Our server was fantastic--patient, attentive, and genuinely kind--even as we got caught up in nonstop conversation and took our time ordering. Never once felt rushed, which made the night even more enjoyable. When we finally ordered, the food did not disappoint. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There are so many great options on the menu that everyone at the table left happy (and already talking about what to try next time). It's rare to find a place that delivers consistently on atmosphere, service, and food--but this one still does. So glad we chose it for such a meaningful night. We'll definitely be back.
