It just occurred to me this is only my 2nd review of BFG. I'm totally slacking! But you know who aren't slacking? Vivienne and her team. I can't count how many times she's helped me with either a purchase or a refi. Just completed my latest purchase and Vivienne is absolutely incredible. So glad she's always there to lend an expert perspective. If you're still not convinced why please read below. I consider myself an above average, yet non-professional real estate person. I certainly know enough to navigate a deal structure myself and seeking financing myself and generally ask the right questions when shopping for a loan. However, I still continue to seek BFG's help each and every time because she just makes the process easy and painless and economical! Her team knows how to get the best rate for example, when you're in your escrow period she knows when to lock the rate or to float it and stretch the timeline it if needed. This is super stressful for most brokers, but she's that good it's probably like riding a bike. She knows all the in's & out's of the underwriting process of each of the banks and is so good that she'll have a backup or two or three if in case she see's a problem a hundred miles ahead. She's also excellent at helping you with to a loan package that works for you and where and where not to make the compromises like for example, if you're self-employed or a small business owner, it can be a challenge to prove your credit worthiness and to maximize your loan amount, but she's got you.....
