Had a horrible experience With Brandi, my husband and i were "First time" buyers, and of course would be new to the home buying experience and need help with the process. When we were put in contact with Brandi we were very honest and very up front about what we had to work with. She responded to us as if we were a waste of her time and energy, she never explained any of the home buying process to us. She just crunched numbers and told us we could only afford a small amount and advised us that it was probably not the best idea for us to purchase a home. After that interaction our hopes of getting our forever home was crushed and we were made to feel insignificant. So, unless you have tons of unrealistic money (which most of us don't) to spend on a house i would suggest going elsewhere for your reality needs, cause Brandi will definitely look down on you like dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Not impressed. Poor follow up. My initial phone conversation on January 5th, with Brandi was very positive. She had a "can do" attitude. She told me the documents that she needed to get the refi going. I was motivated as the interest rate was historically low. I emailed everything she requested on the 6th in the evening. Weeks went by and I hadn't from her. I believed she was working on my loan. I called and left a message on her voicemail. No call back. After several days, I called her again at her office and she answered. She said she's working on the loan and asked for my 2020 w2. I got it to her four days later. More weeks went by and not a word from Brandi. Now it's Feb 23rd, so I called her and she said she's having a hard time because 2020 was a slow year, because of covid. She said she uses 90 different lenders. I asked her how many she sent my loan to, her reply was 3... Now the rates have gone up... Very disappointed. read more
