I had previously done a refinance that took a very long time and was very frustrating; however, this experience was not nearly as long and dreadful. Not only did he keep me informed every step of the way, but he also helped to educate me on refinancing and home ownership. The fact that he took the time to explain things to me, and ensure that I was comfortable with the process, made me really appreciate working with him. Home refinancing is sometimes such a burden, and an overwhelming process, but it helps to have a loan officer who not only knows what he is doing but makes sure you do, and tries to get you through the process as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I've referred several friends and family to him since!

I worked with him over a period of about 10 months, at first connecting to do some research and ask some prelim questions, then the pre-approval process, and ultimately the final loan when I decided on a property. At each step, he was patient with my questions and never once made me feel foolish for asking even the most basic things (a stark contrast to my experience with other people through the overall buying process). He always went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything that was coming my way, provided guidance and support at every step, and was always an email or phone call away. I especially appreciated that he took the time to talk me through the overall buying process on several occasions (major milestones, next steps etc., even outside of just the loan process) and always made an effort to keep me in the loop, so I never felt concerned about how the process was moving along. By the time I signed my final loan docs, I felt confident and prepared, which was helped even more by Eddie taking the time to jump on the phone with me that night for a final walk-through and pep talk to calm down my jitters. Overall, just a really great experience, and definitely someone I'd want to work with again if any loan needs come up the future. 100% recommend!
