First time home buyer and Rogner was amazing to help from start to finish. We started the home buying process back in Spring 2024 and he spent the time to explain the whole process and was always helpful when we had questions. From there, we went through the process to complete the credit and asset check to see where we are and how much we can afford. Initially, we received our credit rating and there was an issue where it limited our lending options. Fortunately, he recommended to try to have our credit score repaired through a service. We agreed and he was instrumental to help us go through it. It took some time but he pulled through and our score improved and we were able to improve our loan options. Meanwhile, he often kept communication with us to check on us if we had any questions while we looked for homes. Frankly, when things were looking grim, he was very encouraging to keep our heads up and keep on trying. After several months of looking, we finally won a bid in Oct 2024 and Rogner was great from start to finish on the escrow process. He kept us on track and gave us everything that we needed to complete the escrow process.
