Working with Giving Tree Lending was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Michael Park and his team consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and confident throughout the lending process. I can't thank Giving Tree Lending enough, especially Christine, for her incredible support. We encountered a very tricky HOA issue during our closing process that could have delayed everything. Christine stepped in, communicated proactively with all parties, and made sure we stayed on track. Her expertise and dedication are the reasons we were able to close so quickly. Highly recommended. https://www.experience.com/reviews/christine-15948352 read more

Im a realtor that works in North OC and Giving Tree Lending is amazing. They have over a hundred different products to accommodate my clients based on their needs and situation. They have been able to successfully close difficult transactions, offer the most competitive rates and most importantly they are so communicative even during off business hours. They even do loans for manufactured homes. Highly recommend them for buyers who are looking to get pre-approved. read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents, who were seeking help with their mortgage after securing their forever home. Christine Bae was extremely helpful and professional, and assisted my parents by simplifying the process, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns. She was also prompt and time-sensitive when communicating through emails and phone calls. I highly recommend Christine if you're someone who is looking into refinancing their mortgage and more. My husband and I purchased our first home with The Giving Tree. We went through the process, we were extremely satisfied with their excellent work and quick responsiveness.  Specifically, Mortgage loan originator Romi Chun handled everything swiftly while providing me with detailed explanations every time. CEO Peter Kim was also a very passionate leader who personally conducted a presentation and explained everything in detail before the final CD signature. Furthermore, despite a shutdown issue occurring during the contract process, they managed to complete the work successfully without any negative impact. Thank you so much for genuinely celebrating our first home purchase with us, and a huge thank you to Giving Tree Company for all your hard work in helping us throughout the process!! 피터님&로미님, 다시 한 번 감사드려요!:) read more

First time home buyer and Rogner was amazing to help from start to finish. We started the home buying process back in Spring 2024 and he spent the time to explain the whole process and was always helpful when we had questions. From there, we went through the process to complete the credit and asset check to see where we are and how much we can afford. Initially, we received our credit rating and there was an issue where it limited our lending options. Fortunately, he recommended to try to have our credit score repaired through a service. We agreed and he was instrumental to help us go through it. It took some time but he pulled through and our score improved and we were able to improve our loan options. Meanwhile, he often kept communication with us to check on us if we had any questions while we looked for homes. Frankly, when things were looking grim, he was very encouraging to keep our heads up and keep on trying. After several months of looking, we finally won a bid in Oct 2024 and Rogner was great from start to finish on the escrow process. He kept us on track and gave us everything that we needed to complete the escrow process. Last but not least, I appreciated his honesty and open communication to help us through the whole house buying process. He helped me push through some difficult hurdles and I'm thankful for it. I look forward to working with him again whenever we have a chance to refinance. read more

His quick communication and thorough explanations reassured us and helped turn what would normally be a stressful process into an effortless one. Our family were looking into the CalHFA Dream for all first home buyer loan, however, unfortunately, we were unable to apply for the Dream for all loan due to a timing issue. However, Bryan and Gia continued helping us find the best interest rate for our situation and providing guidance on other loans we could apply for. We were in a situation where we were unable to get help from our realtor, so we asked them a lot of questions about buying a house, and they were always quick to respond to our questions and were incredibly thorough, catching things that we hadn't even considered. We were so grateful for their help in getting us through the home buying process. I would highly recommend Giving Tree to anyone looking to get a loan for their first home! This is an easy review to write. I met Peter a few years ago when we were hoping to purchase the house of our dreams. The bad news was that I had some challenging financial hurdles to get through. Peter responded with professional calm and a wealth of industry knowledge. Peter patiently held our hands through the entire process and made sure to answer questions that we had not even thought of at the time. Because of our tight timelines, he had to pull off a feat that was nothing short of a small miracle. We not only got approved in record time, but he also got us through escrow swiftly without a hiccup. He became our single point of contact lifeline through a process that is nightmarish for many people. Peter felt like a lifelong friend who happened to be a lending professional. Without a moment's reservation, I wholeheartedly endorse Peter for anyone looking for a pain-free mortgage lending experience. read more

We originally started a loan with Bank of America whom was unable to keep their promises on the timeline and requirements. During the middle of escrow, it became obvious we needed to switch our lender. We were referred to Peter Kim and he provided us with a timeline, requirements, and possible problems which would require more time/documents which he held true to the entire time. Overall, Peter's determination to help us was very clear by this demeanor, persistence with other parties involved, and his excellent communication. Because of his dedication and hard work, we are now living in our new home. Had we stuck it out with the prior lender, we would probably still be living in our rental dump. A huge thank you to Peter for following through on his promises and helping us with achieve our dream of owning a beautiful home! read more

Peter is the best lender in the game period! When I purchased my first home I went through several lenders, and struggled to get my loan approved. Lenders didn't offer any guidance or input to expedite the approval process. I recently sold my first home and needed the expertise of a reliable lender to get approved for my second home. My realtor recommended Peter and I'm glad he did! The loan and approval process was a breeze! Peter walked me through the process and even worked holidays to sort thigs out and get my loan docs approved in a timely manner. Giving Tree Lending - Mortgage Lenders Near Me - Fullerton, California

Last year was the worst time to purchase a house because people counter offered ridiculously every single time we found a house that we liked. We finally found a house and the owner took our offer but the lender that we worked with from the beginning gave us a hard time by coming up with different offers than what they promised in the beginning. My brother introduced me to Peter and he was just AMAZING!! Peter not only got us the deal that we liked but even came up with a better offer. And he not only helped with purchasing our first house but fixed our credit and lowered our debt. Whatever he promised during the process was kept up and never had any secret during the process. Everything was so clear and was always available when I had questions. After 6months at the new house, Peter called me and offered refinance and he got the interest rate even lower. I really appreciate his sincerity and continue to following up with me. I definitely recommend Peter and I can promise that you will not regret. Thanks again Peter! read more

Strongly recommend Peter to everyone!! Especially, if you have some complicated case like me, he will be the best choice. My case was with the new construction house. Since I already have one apartment (which I got help from Peter as well), I need to turn it to be leasing one and get another loan approval. First thought was, it would be tough to get an approval, but with Peter, I was able to prepare all the required documents step by step. Also, Peter helped me to get a minimum interest rate even though the rate was rising. Eventually, I live in a great townhome now with my wife and daughter. Thanks again, Peter and team. Wish your best!! read more
