By far the best firm I've ever worked with in a long time. My mother recommended Diego and has helped her and my uncle's on several loans. Diego went above and beyond to help me buy the property I was looking for. I was told by others that because of the difficulty of finding a property that matched all my requirements and the challenges in funding such a loan, I should be looking at SFR and Duplex properties. Diego from the beginning gave me the confidence that I would get what I wanted and that there would be no issues in funding it. Another point to note is that he was fundamental in getting offers accepted. Before dealing with Diego my offers seemed to be getting ignored. I was competing with investors on the properties I wanted. Diego suggested a few changes to my offers. After those changes were made I felt like we were in the drivers seat. It's amazing how much of a difference the experience can make. Only thing I regret was not coming to Diego sooner. I travel a lot for business and thought this would delay the process in some way shape or form. But, being able to view docs and sign them online was great and kept us on track. If you're in the real estate business, are looking for your first home, or are having difficulties getting a loan don't hesitate in calling Camerra Capital you won't regret it. read more

Second time working with Camerra Capital, and I highly recommend them for any loan needs. Did a home buy and a refi, and they got the job done. There's always issues, but they help you navigate through all the complications. I previously used a big bank for a home purchase, and it was a nightmare...never again. Where others will fail, they just get it done!! Highly recommended. Thanks Diego and JR! read more

I experienced non of the horror stories that one would normally hear about during their home buying process. Camerra Capital was amazing to work with. Kevin was my agent. They made sure I was prepared every step of the way. With a well thought out approach and a systematic process; they were ready for whatever came my way. They guided me well, but ultimately gave me the decision to make. When Kevin was out, Diego (broker) steped in right away. They were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the home buying process. I found myself incredibly indecisive at times, but they always delivered the highest level of customer service. Giving me valuable suggestions while working my way through it. I think that definitely gave me a better deal. Not only this, but they were good advisors in terms of suggesting contractors for my future project ideas. They're very honest and not pushy, which; was a huge plus for me. They gave honest opinions that enabled me to make good independent decisions. As a buyer, I was extremely confident that I had the right team on my side; incredibly proactive every step of the way. I would highly recommend Camera Capital for your real estate needs. Ty~ read more

I recently purchased my first home with the help of Camerra Capital. I had no idea what to expect or how difficult and stressful the process could be. I did not qualify the first time around; but unlike other lenders, they made a game plan for me to qualify. Thanks to Camerra Capital and their team I was able to get my dream home and the process went by very smooth and less stressful. Camerra Capital is always available when you need them to answer any questions or concerns and not to mention; they have amazing customer service. This was also a learning experience for me because Kevin explained everything to me! They are people you can trust. I will definitely be returning when I need to refinance my home! I was referred to Camerra Capital from a friend and colleague who recently went thru the refi process. I first met Diego pre-Covid at a coffee shop to discuss options as at that time I wasn't sure about selling or staying put. With Diego he explained both options and benefits of each. This was more like a counseling session then a sales pitch which I truly appreciated. Here we are months into Covid we decided we are staying put but in order for us to be really happy in our home we need a pool. I contact Diego and we picked up right where we left off. Diego helped me work through some financials to get me into a better refi stance. The entire refi process was very smooth from beginning to end. The communication between Diego, the office and myself was open and clear so I was informed every step of the way. Phone calls were always answered and text responses were immediate, couldn't ask for more. Camerra Capital will continue to succeed with their business model and customer service caring personality. I high recommend Camerra Capital for refi services, I will be a returning client in the future. Oh and the pool build started 9/18. read more

BEST SERVICE, LOAN PRODUCT, AND RATES FOR ANY PURCHASE OR REFINANCE! As a realtor, ALL of my business is referred to Camerra Capital. In the past I've used Bank of America, Watermark Capital, and Wells Fargo just to name a few companies and NOBODY COMES CLOSE to what Camerra can offer the consumer. Not too mention, the service is fast, the loan officers are always communicative, Christina is always lending a helping hand to her realtors as a rep, and your buyer or refinancer will NEVER pay their closing costs and the rate still kicks any one else's behind. Give them a shot, I vouch for them 1,000% -Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire read more

Working with Kevin and his team was truly a great experience from the beginning. Kevin went above and beyond to help me and my family get our home, he never lost hope in us. It's really difficult to trust someone when it comes to such a huge purchase but Kevin made that easy from the beginning and as he continued help us out he made it more and more clear he truly wanted to help us out with his level of honesty. Any questions we had he answered and made us feel really comfortable about asking before we signed anything. Kevin started off as my lender and ended up as a good friend at the end so I will just leave it at that! read more

It's rare finding a loan company that can work as effectively as this one. One big plus in this company is Oscar Barajas, a loan officer that I had the luck of finding in one open house in Long Beach last year. Like anyone out there, I was skeptical at first looking for something outside of the traditional big banks. But I was wrong. Oscar and his team were supportive, professional and caring throughout the process. I'm happy to say I got my first house thanks to this amazing lender and the excellent company he works for. I don't say that to falsely praise a person. I'm actually stating this because my financial situation and the house I wanted to buy made for a difficult, almost impossible, scenario. Oscar made it happen though. I'm thankful that it happened. And it's not just that. You can also sense he's a great human being. It's not him trying to soften you as a potential customer. It's him being real and honest to you from the start while maintaining that level of professionalism and respect for you. That's also rare, specially in this line of business. The whole process was as smooth as possible thanks, mostly, to him and his team. Everything was completed online and it was always on time. Oscar was always available to answer any of my questions. In fact, it was sometimes me who couldn't answer the phone because of other obligations. That shows just how much Oscar went above and beyond to make this experience unforgettable. I will not hesitate a second to recommend Oscar B and Camerra Capital to any potential buyer out there. He got me the best rate possible, guided me throughout, answer the many questions I had, and gave me the best possible advice in every situation we encountered. Thank you Camerra Capital. Most importantly, thank you Oscar. Muchas gracias. read more

I've worked with Many people who deal with banks and loans. Kevin Brady is the best . He has always been professional and has always had a quality that I can appreciate . Honesty. Who wants someone untrustworthy dealing with their money ? He answers questions promptly and has an array of experiences that can help in your specific situation. I own a few income properties and my own single family. Kevin gave me Direction and he has been my guy the entire way. On top of all of these qualities as a professional in his field, he actually beats competitors . It's crazy. He actually always manages to get the best rates and is willing to go the extra mile to help you understand the confusing numbers. read more

We thought buying a home, especially in Southern California, was a long off dream. When our landlord sold our rental we knew we were ready to quit the renting game. Luckily we were recommended Kevin and his team. He was so patient with my many questions and utter ignorance to the home buying experience. Thanks to him I am far more informed, we closed escrow right on time with NO issues. The process was super straight forward and very simple. My husband and i recently went through a relocation issue (paid out by State to leave current home) it was stressful to think of finding another rental in this econony and even scarier to BUY a house. We have 2 little ones of our own, just got a car and felt so afraid and lost as rent is like a mortgage now and days. So in Oct. 2016 i said enough and took a leap of faith and met with Kevin! From our first visit we knew we were in honest, professional and caring hands. He breaks everything down to you in understandable terminology! Fought for the BEST RATE! (even my brother that's a Sr. Loan Officer couldn't beat) everything went so smooth!! We decided to buy and approved, shopped in Dec. and closed escrow 1st of Feb. Today i am in MY property! OUR own home! I am not exaggerating or getting compensated, I'm a true yelper, trying to get fellow yelpers the BEST! And most HONEST! REVIEW. Give Kevin a call he is so knowledgeable and (handsome) ladies. And as if this all wasn't enough, to this day he is answering my questions and has given us some great financial tips that has put our credit score in a place we had never seen!!! Kevin, thank you! I was in a similar situation as Lilian H. I was asked to relocate by my landlord and given some money to make it easier for me to move. I was tired of renting and having to rent in a city where the rent keeps going up and up. Prior to deciding to buy a home I went to another mortgage lender where the loan officer ran my credit and told me what I qualified for ($250,000) and referred me to her husband who was a realtor. I emailed her to let her know what kind of house I was looking for and I never heard back from her or her husband. I guess everything happens for a reason. A week later a friend referred me to Joanna my realtor and things just got better when she introduced me to Kevin. I qualified for more on both a condo and house. I chose a condo because it was really hard to purchase a home in LA for the price I was looking for but I'm not too far from LA. He gave me different interest options but I settled on the one where I didn't have pay a bit more. When my friends ask about my interest they are impressed. I'm so happy that I found Camerra Capital and my realtor they really helped me as best as they could and I would recommend them to anyone. BTW this is not the first time I dealt with the home buying process the first time was 20 years ago but my family backed out at the last minute. This time around (although the house prices have sky rocketed) I was happy and blessed to have found such professional and understanding realtor and loan officer for making the home buying processing a reality and have it run so smoothly. As a single mother buying a home is really hard and I took a chance and that is why I would recommend anyone to take a chance in buying a home and seeking Camerra Capital to see what their chances are in obtaining a loan to buy their first home. read more
