I took at look at several brokers in the area and decided to go with Steve based on word of mouth and the reviews here. Since then, we've done two separate refinancings with Steve. Both times, his professionalism, communication and customer service were fantastic. He's very good about answering questions either on the phone or via email. He generally responds to email within the hour, which is really helpful considering how volatile rates have gotten recently. Steve's up front about what he can do and can't do when it comes to a deal and doesn't try to over- or hard sell. He knows his stuff and is very efficient about working up and closing transactions.
