We had to cancel on an escrow after having gone completely through the underwriting and approval process. She worked as tenaciously on the second loan and was able to deliver funding withing 21 days. As first time homebuyers, JR and Angela made the home loan process, something we were unfamiliar with, seem so easy. From pre-approval to closing, they did all the legwork and kept us updated along the entire way. They were always available to answer any of our questions and were very responsive. All we had to do was follow their instructions and that was it. For the purchase of a home, where everything is fast paced and time critical, you want a team who can get things through in a timely manner. JR and Angela will make that happen. Also, JR follows and knows the market real well. He advised me to lock in our rate based on what he was seeing and I'm glad I followed his advice because he was right. The interest rates started going up again after we locked in the rate. Not only that, but he reached out after we closed and offered his help for any questions we have even if it was unrelated to home loans. We're so grateful to have worked with Circadian Mortgage Brokers to secure our home loan and will definitely reach out to them in the future for any future refinancing or home purchases. Thank you JR and Angela! You both are amazing!

There is a reason Alison is listed among America's best real estate agents. She is a rockstar…read more We randomly met Alison years ago at an open house when we first started looking for a home. As first time home buyers, she spent over an hour with us walking through what we should expect in the process and giving us details of neighborhoods and the local communities. She took the time to understand what we wanted in a home and then used her network to find us our dream home, off market. When we decided to sell, our first call was to Alison. We were a bit concerned about selling our home during a pandemic, but Alison reassured us of the safety precautions she and her team were taking - and made sure that everyone that entered our home followed the same precautions. Alison operates with the highest integrity. It is clear she is passionate about real estate and her clients. She was there every step of the way, understanding our needs, making sure we understood the process, pros and cons of every decision, and what we should expect next. And best of all, she breathes the South Bay. She knows the neighborhoods, understands the communities, and is well networked. We highly recommend Alison and are thankful we found her. She is simply the best.

With her long standing, sincere and active dedication to our South Bay community and well…read moredemonstrated industry savvy, we knew going into our search for our first home that Alison was our best possible asset. Having lived next door to her for several years, she'd become a trusted neighborhood Auntie -- going out of her way to give our daughter opportunities and support and being a general ray of sunshine in our lives. We conducted a couple of extensive home searches with Alison, both strained by acute and 'historic' market conditions beyond our control (2020 & 2024) -- her relentless perseverance, patience and creative thinking saved the day in the face of unique challenges and the intense (aka painful) realities of inventory and budget. Alison's steady hand and consistent willingness to go above and beyond also saved our sanity! Her nonstop referrals to excellent service providers from lenders and inspectors to plumbers and roofers guided our process, surrounded us with care & expertise, and dramatically empowered our level of confidence to navigate the wild ride of SoCal real estate. We could always trust her to give it to us straight, never sugar coat, and yet also gently guide when circumstances became raw (inevitable in buying your first home in one of the most challenging markets that exists!). Alison is incredibly responsive, diplomatic, sensitive, and well versed in the ins-and-outs of our housing market -- all of which eased the process, gave us peace of mind, and most critically, allowed us to make a smart purchase & wise investment that gave us comfort, security, and value. She is practical, has an excellent design eye, energetic, ultra professional, and deeply thoughtful. If there's information she doesn't have readily on hand (rare), she will track it down promptly and precisely every time. Her positive energy is infectious and she puts her client's needs above all else. It's hard to say enough to fully describe Alison, as she's more of an experience than a real estate agent! As first-timers, the purchase process can be profoundly confusing, disorienting and daunting. So having the right person (literally) by your side is a true game changer. We will return to her expert care when it's time to sell or buy in the future, without question. And meantime, she's become a treasured part of our extended family -- the cherry on top!
