I had to close in roughly 14 days because I had a business trip coming up and the seller wanted to close ASAP. Koorosh was able to help me get a loan at a fantastic rate, work with me on my budget, and close right before July 4th. There were 2 holidays in these 14 days and I'm still amazed he was able to work through this. Definitely recommend working with him since he's the best at what he does.

He helped my wife and me buy our first home in Los Angeles, and we couldn't have done it without him. From the beginning of our home-buying journey, Koorosh was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Our situation was slightly more unique and complex than others, but it posed absolutely no challenge to Koorosh. Furthermore, the home we ultimately closed on was a competitive "hot" home where we offered an extremely competitive three-week escrow period. Koorosh took the time to talk to the selling agent to assure him it could be done, and it was! A three-week escrow is no joke, and Koorosh executed it masterfully. We will be using Koorosh for any and all future property purchases and cannot recommend him enough.

Diego went above and beyond to help me buy the property I was looking for. I was told by others that because of the difficulty of finding a property that matched all my requirements and the challenges in funding such a loan, I should be looking at SFR and Duplex properties. Diego from the beginning gave me the confidence that I would get what I wanted and that there would be no issues in funding it. Another point to note is that he was fundamental in getting offers accepted. Before dealing with Diego my offers seemed to be getting ignored. I was competing with investors on the properties I wanted. Diego suggested a few changes to my offers. After those changes were made I felt like we were in the drivers seat. It's amazing how much of a difference the experience can make. Only thing I regret was not coming to Diego sooner. I travel a lot for business and thought this would delay the process in some way shape or form. But, being able to view docs and sign them online was great and kept us on track. Stay away from these people they are dishonest and will lie up and down as they procrastinate…read moreand do not get the job done. I started this process with Mitch Ohlbaum last may of 2014 .. its now jan 2015 and i do not have a refinanced loan . I cannot state how many times I communicated to them and begged for a status report or documentation ,they don't return calls or emails they are totally inaccessible and will lie up and down to make up stories and excuses for each other . AT first I though it was really the current re-fi system but then i read the review below from someone that had the same experience as I and i knew this was their policy . When they asked for new documents i supplied it , because they procrastinated so much the docs would expire ..., I was told several times it was a done deal and awaiting closure ...But their lack of follow thru either made the deal fall through or was total BS. He even deleted some numbers on a tax return which i know realize was totally unscrupulous . Finally he came thru with loan that was 140k less than my loan amount . promising to get an equity loan to cover the balance ,, but no further communication after that For months . I am an excellent borrower with great credit and lots and liquid funds and equity ,,, this was totally a lack of follow through and dishonest practice , since today i find out that much of what i was told was not true , and after 8 months of delay I was passed on to the owner , After speaking with the owner of the company , who oddly operates under a different company name, .He appligozed and promised an answer in 48 hours 3 weeks later i was turned down due to some "guide lines" of "their lenders . Wether i qualified or not theres no Reason for someone to treat their clients or anyone this way and be so unprofessional ... to waste everyones time that way .It is now 9 months later and I'm starting all over again with ease at Wells fargo ... Quite simply If they could not help me they should have said so early on. Stay far away from these people I think the only positive reviews on here sound fake and were probably set up by them ,,, They are bad news especially the very slippery Mitch Ohlbaum of Macoy capitol .

Real estate has plenty of emo on the sale side! Our first deal together in 2015 was easy peasy. Shane knew we were in a competitive market and managed to temper the vibe with the local agents and gain new relationships with his confident attitude, solutions, options and providing value! When the opportunity to work with him arose again, not only were my clients in for a new experience with all the changes with real estate forms re: buyer agency, commissions and property showing advisories, but lending laws were stricter with HOAs, the special assessments and deferred maintenance to some of these properties built 50+ years ago, in liquefaction zones! Don't get me started on the insurance crisis creating lending roadblocks! Shane had to deliver blow after blow to our clients about the many HOA's that would not be approved as a warrantable loan. They were losing steam when the 2nd contract started to look all bad as well, but Shane was ON it! Before I would open my eyes every morning, I'd check texts and Shane would have a detailed update for us. His speed, knowledge and communication helped us in situations that would put our client's offer fully ready to fund with the proper supporting documentation. It was nerve wracking, and in the end when Shane told us we had final approval under a warranted loan to save them money, it felt like a stadium of cheers between me, my business partner, the list agent, our clients, the sellers, everyone cheered! Shane came through! It was a moment to witness in transactional historic pride! I welcome the opportunity to work with Shane and his team again and will never forget the tense days of emotions we all shared and trauma bonded together! You're a gem Shane Milne!
