Instead of remaining neutral and protecting the interests of all parties, we felt they were pushing the deal forward as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, it seemed like their primary concern was collecting their fees rather than ensuring the terms of the purchase agreement were properly fulfilled. We repeatedly expressed our concerns, but we did not feel they were taken seriously. We felt rushed into making a decision that we were not comfortable with. An escrow company's role is to facilitate a fair transaction and ensure all agreed-upon conditions are satisfied before closing. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on what we went through, I cannot recommend this escrow company and would encourage others to proceed with caution.
