Mauricio was absolutely fantastic during one of the most challenging financial periods we've faced. With interest rates higher than they had been in years, navigating the property market was stressful and emotional for my wife and me. Having to sell our dream home, downsize, and relocate was not an easy decision. Throughout the entire process, Mauricio was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. He took the time to explain our options, answered every question, and helped us feel confident about each step forward. What could have been an overwhelming experience became much more manageable because of his guidance and dedication. We are truly grateful for his expertise and genuine care for our family's situation. I highly recommend Mauricio to anyone looking for a loan officer who combines outstanding professionalism with compassion and integrity. read more

I have completed a few refinance loans with Dylan and am always impressed! In fact, I could really tell the difference when I worked with another lender in another state and saw the additional effort Dylan put into his work and how he supports his customers. The other lender was not nearly as helpful as Dylan. They did not take the initiative to create efficient systems and processes like I experienced with Dylan. He always went the extra mile and did anything he could to make my process easy and as little time consuming as he could while also making sure he explained the process and any questions that I might have had. He was always quick to respond to any question or request I made. If you are looking for a partner in this process and want to find someone to make your job easier, then I highly recommend using Dylan for your financing needs. read more

As a self-employed person I ran into quite a few challenges initially shopping for a loan for a home purchase. Zahami was a true pleasure to work with from the beginning. He helped guide me through all of the options for loans and really went to bat for me when it came to evidencing that I was a good candidate for a loan. He remained on top of the loan through every point and kept me informed of how things were going along the way. I couldn't have asked for better communication. Both my relator and I were incredibly impressed with how communicative he was to both of us. I highly recommend Zahami's services for anyone in the market to obtain a home loan or a refinance. I look forward to working with him in the future when it is time to refinance my own loan. I know I will be in good hands! read more

Refinancing is a pain. This is a fact. There's 8,000 lbs of paperwork, spread over a bunch of days, a million follow-ups, and of course, a LOT of waiting. But it wasn't like this at Pacific Coast Lending! Instead, there was minimal back and forth because Zahami was clear and upfront about what was needed. His team worked unbelievably fast, wrapping things up so efficiently even the independent notary that came to the house to finalize the paperwork was shocked. Every step of the way, I had confidence that things were being handled properly and with the level of urgency I wanted. You can't ask much more when money is on the line. read more

Since I closed on my refinance in March, I have recommended Alex of Coastal Pacific Lending to many friends and family seeking home loans. I believe he is one of the best in the business for several reasons; he offers the best rates, makes the experience personal, and is extremely considerate. My wife and I shopped around, asking friends, neighbors (some of whom were also brokers), and other brokers about their rates and experiences. Hands down, Alex offered us the best rates around. Within days of closing, my previous broker emailed me (spam) for new "low rates" a full point higher than Alex's rates. Additionally, Alex shared his personal number with us, and was seemingly able to answer questions at any time of the day. He happily shared his "insider" perspective and we were even able to compare notes about the state of the industry. During our discussions he was understanding and patient. At one point, a few days before finalizing our contract, my wife and I decided that we weren't ready to refinance for personal reasons. Alex had every right to express disappointment or frustration - he had been working with us for a few weeks - but instead let us know that he would be around whenever we were ready to move forward. A few months later, he reached out to us again and we were able to finish what we had started. read more

I have been needing to refinance because I had a high interest rate from years ago but I have been dreading it because all of my previous experiences with financing or refinancing have been so time consuming and requiring so much paperwork and information. I was referred by a friend to Coastal and decided I needed to get it done finally. Abraham made it so easy. It got done quickly and with minimal effort. When it closed I was thinking, it can't be done. There are usually more headaches and delays and waits I needed to endure but NO! It funded and it was done! I honestly couldn't believe it. I am so happy that we did it and glad its done and over with and we are much better off financially now. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage. read more

You will not find any better than Zahami Gracia and Coastal Pacific Lending! I am a first time home buyer. Not a fun thing to be in the current market. The entire process was intimidating. I had checked on prequalification with other lenders. And was left feeling undervalued to say the least. Then I was referred to Zahami, and I knew then I would soon have my first home. Zahami explains everything from A to Z. Zahami anticipates your needs and questions. He really focused on my particular needs. He is patient and kind. Professional and diligent. I just closed escrow on my first home & I was referred to Coastal Pacific Lending through a friend of ours. My experience with the staff at Coastal Pacific Lending was a very enjoyable and personable one. Unlike the icy reception I received when making inquiries about mortgages at my local banking branches, I was met with great enthusiasm by Abraham and Katie - both of whom had a good understanding of the various questions I threw their way & gave me first hand knowledge of what to expect throughout the process. Even with a relatively short escrow period and a few unexpected obstacles along the way, I was very pleased by the promptness with which my loan was handled and personalized email correspondence I received, explaining the steps & various stages of escrow. I would happily recommend using Coastal Pacific Lending for your mortgage needs! read more

Abraham and his team were responsive, supportive, and available throughout our entire home buying process. We had a condensed time frame which made for a lot of back and forth emails/texts/calls.
