I am extremely grateful to Cesar Carranza at Ennkar Mortgage as he worked tirelessly to get me approved for a reverse mortgage. When problems arose--including my former lender turning my home in for foreclosure--he promised to stay on task and encouraged me to be patient. As a former licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in Charlotte, NC I am convinced that the only reason I was able to get my loan closed was because Cesar was so knowledgeable and determined to help me. May God richly bless Cesar Carranza and Ennkar Mortgage! I would highly recommend them both! read more

I am amazed by the group of individuals that make up this company. They work with such determination, resourcefulness, dedication and HEART like I have never seen or heard of in this or any other industry today. Foze Ennabe has been the spearhead and team leader on this project. His fierce determination, commitment, professionalism and genuine kindness are mainly absent in today's business sector. I have no idea what the result will be from this effort to acquire a mortgage for myself (I have an unusual property) but in any case their combined effort on my behalf has, and continues to be, above and beyond any expectations or hopes I could have had. Thank you to each and every team member involved, in particular Mr.Ennabe. Sincerely, Penny Michaels (grateful client) read more

My wife (Irina Herrmann) (and I ,John Lowy non-borrowing spouse ) were approved by Steve Hands (949)5048657 a senior supervisor, for a reverse mortgage refinancing, following which we were assigned an HUD counsellor and paid $145. Steve Hands subsequently told us the application was DENIED (gave no reason) and that the HUD fee would be refunded by HIM.For almost 3 months now he told us repeatedly "the check is in the mail" and "get a life"!! WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with ENNKAR! That attitude, insult, and unethical behavior should not be tolerated !! read more

I connected with Ennkar in August this year to explore a reverse mortgage refinance. I had numerous other companies contact me telling me I should check out the "new rates" only to hear they were unable to help me. My Ennkar agent Cesar was very different. He had done his research and felt he would be able to help secure a refinance for me. He provided a solid program for me and flawlessly orchestrated the process. We worked very well together. Great communication throughout. I am happy to say the program funded today and could not be more pleased. Thank you Cesar for all your hard work. read more

If you're even considering a reverse mortgage, stop right now and call Omar. This is the realest review you will ever read. As I was searching information about reverse mortgages for my parents and all I knew was that reverse mortgages carried very negative reputations. By the grace of God I was introduced to Omar at Ennkar. #1A - Above all else, he showed genuine care for me and my parents as people. 100% care for me as a human before he viewed me as a client. #1B - Communication and transparency. Never at any point did I feel like Omar was trying to hide anything from me. Laid it all out: the good , the bad, the ugly. He was also EXTREMELY responsive to my emails, calls and texts. He meticulously walked me through the terms and conditions, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of the entire process. This level of transparency fostered a sense of trust, making me feel secure in my decision to move forward with them. #1C - Wealth of knowledge! Omar addressed every question with a depth of knowledge that showcased his expertise in the field. #1D - Efficiency. The entire process from start to close the deal took 13 days! Perhaps the most reassuring aspect of my experience with Ennkar was and is the ongoing support he provides post-transaction. This is not a transactional lender. Ennkar is a relation lender. As I stated in the first part of this review, Omar showed a sincere care in me and my family as people and I cannot thank him enough for that. Not a fake or paid for review. I will leave my personal email for anyone who has more questions. Andylee31@yahoo.com. Please give my man Omar a shout if you have the slightest consideration in reverse mortgages or any aspect mortgage lending. read more

Marisol Yersky was absolutely amazing! When we decided we wanted to purchase a home, she provided us with all the information we needed. We were quite nervous not believing we could afford a home, but with her explanation of rent vs. mortgage, it all "clicked" we could afford it. She responded so quickly to all our questions, and believe me, we had a lot since this was our first home purchase! She made the whole home buying process go seamless, whatever she needed, she asked for right away and as soon as it was submitted, she processed it. To top it off, she got us a great loan. She made home buying so easy. I'm a little sad that we won't be communicating as much after we close on our home (which will be this week) because we definitely had built a friendship. I highly recommend Marisol! read more

AVOID. Unreliable. Undependable. I wanted to do a loan, an easy high value loan, gave their agent all my info - then he disappeared. For days. I had to track him down. He lied twice to me about sending it. I then spoke with another agent and guess what? Same treatment. I assumed this organization was a scam and stole my financial info. I wrote a complaint to the company ENNKAR and ? Same treatment. No response. No trust here. Buyer Beware. Pass the word. AVOID ENNKAR read more

Worst experience I have ever had. Worked with a man named Christian Rose solicited me over the phone for a reverse refinance. We filled out the paperwork with a very rude and incompetent notary and then arranged for a $600 appraisal which would credited to me on signing the final documents. Did not hear anything for months, and after several attempts reached Christian and was lied to about the approval of the refinance. Finally reached someone at their office and was told my loan was not closed and never would be because I never qualified in the first place. I am out $600 and no response from them, I guess I can try small claims P read more

We probably would have lost our home if I had not called the phone number on the pink paper advertisement that came in the mail. Actually, I was looking for a lower interest rate loan, but when FOZE ENNABE answered the phone and after talking with him for a few minutes, he mentioned a reverse mortgage loan. I went into fighting mode as I really didn't know much about it and thought all it did was take what money you had in your home and eventually leave you with nothing. He patiently listened to me and when he had a chance to get in some words, he helped me understand what they were all about. It took a couple of weeks before I understood what it entailed and ran out of questions. FOZE was right there with my husband and me from the beginning until we closed on the loan. Even today, if we have any questions about the loan, he is only a phone call away. We never felt rushed during the process, were always kept up to date on all that was going on and never looked back. In fact, the first loan with ENNKAR was in 2020, and we refinanced again in 2022. I love the fact that they are a family business, have integrity (hard to find these days) and genuinely care about their customers. read more

These guys called out of the blue and offered to lower my interest rates, while simulfriggintaneously making a bunch more $s available to me in the event of need. For some strange reason I didn't hang up on them. And that turned out to be a good decision. John and Sami worked with me to refi in record time. No sweat, no drama, no bulls**t. I'm not used to that, so I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It didn't drop. The service was super, the convo was honest, the promises were kept. I ask: what else more could you expect from a mortgage company? I say.....NOTHING! read more

My advice to the public is "DONOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE". I am a victim of their agent, a certain Edward Zamora who pushed me to continue my application for a Reverse Mortgage Refinance even after my message of withdrawal within the cooling off period for reason that I am positive that it cannot be approved. Mr. Zamora kept on persuading me that according to his computations , the loan will be approved. I kept telling him to withdraw my application because I do not want to spend $525 for the appraisal and just lose it. He kept on pressuring me, so I proposed thar they pay for the appraisal fee, but he said that it is not their policy to pay for the appraisal and I say just withdraw the application. He promised to see what he can do but never called me until the cooling off period was over and the appraisal was done. They did trick me to provide my Credit Card number in the application which they used to pay for the appraisal. After many days I did not hear from him so I called but no answer. Finally he called and said my loan application was not approved because the appraisal report did not suffice the required amount. I lost $525 for nothing which could have been stopped at the right time, but he tricked me to go on for his personal purpose. Being a Senior living in a limited fixed income, $525 means a lot to me and my sick wife. Why do we have this kind of Greedy people in the society? read more
