In September 2017, I refinanced my home using United Finance Corp. located in Tustin, California. My broker was Mark VillaGomez. The reason I chose United Finance Corp. was because of the information I received in the mail, and the biz was related to my original home purchase financing. I called the number on my literature and Mark VillaGomez. From the onset, Mark was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with information regarding the refinance process and explained, in detail, and what I needed to get to him. I or provided him the info he needed, that day, and we started the process. Everything went according to plan, as he told me, which was awesome. We did come down to the wire when it came to diving the documents; the notary notary came to my house at 8:30pm, and again the following morning as she'd forgotten a document. Funding made its way to me a week and a half later or so. Mark and I communicated by email and phone throughout this process. Great customer service, no hiccups, according plan. I paid off my debt with some of the money I pulled out. Since the closure and pay off, my credit has gone from fair to excellent in a short period of time. Thank you Mark! I will refi again in 6-8 months, hopefully, to get rid of the PMI. United Finance Corp was great. As a side note the home appraiser, someone contracted from my area, posted photos on my appraisal documents which were not my house. I love love love love United Finance. I was buying a house and a truck and they were able to help me out. I must say Juan, and Tiffany are AMAZING and outstanding in their customer relations, I absolutely give them 5 stars. Bonnie the front desk is sweet. I did not give them 5 stars as they are super out dated and inefficient on payments. They have no payment portal, or online pay services, or app based payments. I travel for work and have to be fast and electronic on payments. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if caught in a pinch. It is no surprise this company is either at or over 100 years old, its all about customer service! read more
