After I sent him my financial documents to get pre-qualified for a property I was submitting an offer on, he stopped responding. I followed up multiple times by email, text, and phone. When he did respond, he repeatedly said he would call me back, but he never did -- this happened twice. Because of this lack of follow-through, I lost the opportunity to move forward on a triplex I was trying to purchase. He only reached out again after I contacted one of his colleagues. When I later called him back, he again said he would call me in a few minutes and never did. At that point, I stopped reaching out because none of his promises were kept. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and it cost me a real opportunity to purchase a property. I will not be using this lender for any future transactions.

Weeks go by before my mortgage broker finally called his contact at Kind and things seem like it was getting resolved. Then I receive a correspondence that they were transferring my loan to the first lender they transferred to but it should have been the 2nd one, the correct one. Here we are, good 4 months later...
