Nicholas was super quick with everything and didn't waste time going back and forth. Hello, I would like to file a complaint against Daniel Becerril. His interactions with me and high-pressure sales was highly unappreciated. He was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. He basically called me stupid twice by saying "if you don't take our rate, it's a no-brainer" and recently when I told him I was going with another bank, he said " I'm assuming you signed with the other bank who is giving you the higher rate". Very insulting and condescending. He has no idea what deal I took with the another bank. And frankly, it's none of his business. You had my business until he started pressuring me. STAY AWAY worked with West Capital on a HELOC. We nearly completed first loan in the disclosure I found it was variable rate. They told me that was all that was available so I was going to walk away. Then they "found" a heloc that met my needs and was fixed rate. We through the process got approved. Loan sold at the end of the 3 day disclosure period. 7 days later loan is accruing interest money still not in my account. I have been calling them for 3 days and keep getting stories that change slightly then apologies for miscommunication. Feels like a scam outfit. My next step is to contact law enforcement and hope for the best I guess. I will update this thread when I know more but STAY AWAY. ​ read more

Casey Weaver at West Capital Lending is not to be trusted. Therefore I would not trust this entire company. First of all, he promised a much lower rate and then continue to increase it and drag me along for months. Then he changed my loan to a 3 year pay penalty without notifying me and I noticed it when signing. At that point, I had no other options because of my timeline. I asked him to send me documentation of where he had informed me previously of the three year prepaid penalty when we had discussed a one year prepaid penalty and he was not able to produce anything. He assured me all phone calls were recorded, and that he had told me, but he was not allowed to share any transcripts. Then he sold the loan and did not inform the insurance company when they reached out about payment. This is loan sharking style. stay away from this company. read more

I applied with West/Figure back in March, and the process turned into nearly two months of frustration. My original application went through without the condo unit number showing correctly. The loan officer apparently got the property value pulled in behind the scenes, and I made it all the way to the document stage after Plaid income verification was approved. Then underwriting called and told me the application had to be deleted and restarted because the unit number was missing. That is where the problems really began. Figure's system did not have the correct unit number for my condo, and it took about three weeks just to get that fixed. When I restarted the application, Plaid was run again and suddenly showed zero income, even though it had worked the first time. I also tried the IRS income route, but that estimate came in below what I had actually made and was already two months outdated. I repeatedly reached out to the loan officer for help understanding what had been done the first time and how to move the new application forward, but communication was poor. It took constant follow-ups and complaints just to get responses. I even tried disconnecting Plaid through both Figure and my bank, but nothing resolved the issue. In the end, I had to walk away after almost two months of aggravation. My takeaway: if you have a straightforward W-2 job and a standard single-family home, this system may work fine. But if you have a condo, unit-number issues, gig income, or anything that requires human review and flexibility, I would be very cautious. The automated systems are rigid, and once something goes wrong, it can become extremely difficult to fix. read more

Manager Russell Campbell has a very poor work ethic and since he is West Capital's Manager, you can imagine how the rest of the office operates. We talked for 15+ minutes, I was ready to start an application and lock-in a great rate on a $575k mortgage re-fi. His call waiting went off and he said he'd call me right back. He never called. Two days later I reached out and no apology. He says he has to run my credit and start an app before he can put the rate in writing (I had to ask several times for it in writing). I unlock all of my scores and take the time to provide him all the personal info needed for the app. He runs my credit (830+) and again, disappears! I send a follow up email...no response. I contact the person that referred me who says they are friends. He says he will talk to Russell. Days go by, still no response. He is completely gone...like a Nigerian Fraud artist. What a coincidence the rates went way up right after my first call with him. Because he did not call back, I was unable to lock the very low rate and it has yet to come back down. Austin was able to help me with both a refi and a HELOC. We did the refi on our primary to lower the rate and then we got cash out from our investment property using the HELOC. This was the fastest experience I have ever had. The HELOC took less than a week and I think our refi took two weeks total. I am writing this review after trying to contact Ryles Murray and multiple representatives across this company for two consecutive months with absolutely zero response or resolution. The lack of professional ethics and accountability here is shocking. I refinanced my property with loan officer Sam Tebay, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Getting my appraisal fee refunded was a strict condition for me to sign the closing documents. During the process, even the closing notary warned me that Sam was overcharging and trying to take advantage of me. I had to halt and reschedule the signing until we got our agreements in writing. Sam promised the figures would be fixed and that my refund would be sent one week after funding. It has been two months, and despite having this in writing, he is now refusing to issue my refund. Furthermore, I explicitly told him that including my property taxes and insurance in the loan (escrow) was an absolute must. He ignored my direct instructions and processed it the opposite way anyway. To top it all off, Sam explicitly assured me--even when I double-checked with him at the beginning of May--that my first payment would be due on June 1st. Instead, the company abruptly sold my loan, and I discovered my first payment was actually due in May. Because I relied on his false assurances, I was completely unprepared for an immediate May payment. This company lacks basic integrity, misleads clients, and breaches written agreements. Once they close your loan, they completely ghost you. Avoid Sam Tebay and this organization at all costs. Also he promised to match the interest rate from another lending company , once we are clear to Close , and of coarse they didn't , but I was force to because at that time the interest rates increased because of the global Conflict . read more

My experience with Dylen Suite was very misleading to say the least. When I initially spoke with him I told him I already had other pre-approvals and was looking to compare rates. He then went into a sales spiel about how confident he was that he could beat those rates and how they have "over 100 different lenders" they could shop, including Rocket Mortgage. Unfortunately, I fell for it and advised him to move forward, however, I told him I was not interested in Rocket Mortgage bc I had already received an uncompetitive quote from them. Once my application was submitted, communication began to slip and I was not advised of what was happening throughout the process unless I asked. Then I started receiving random emails from Rocket Mortgage and when I asked why that was when I specifically said I wasn't interested, I was told to just "disregard" it. After several days of no other updates, I get an email from Dylen saying underwriting wants to review too many additional documents and that I should just go with the quotes I received from the other pre-approvals. It appears that this company is a primary sourcer for Rocket Mortgage and that is who they will try to place you with despite claiming they have "over 100 different lenders." I have not received any further explanation or assistance, and never received a single quote. My credit took a hit for no reason. Overall, this experience was very misleading and a waste of time. Be careful if you proceed with them, as they are clearly sales people and theres a 95% chance you will end up with Rocket Mortgage (which you could contact directly) and/or end up with your information sold to them and getting spammed by Rocket Mortgage. read more

My experience with West Capital Lending and Rocket Mortgage with Exec Branch Manager Michael Roy was Not so pleasant or professional during the entire process ... At first Michael was very nice then when I started asking questions regarding the loan process, according to him I asked too many questions is what he told me during one conversation and Michael ended up hanging up on me WOW! I guess as a borrower wanting a loan you can't ask to many questions with him, and how many ? is too many IDK and I IDC... if I am going to be paying you back then common courtesy is to answer all my questions ... I recently received my loan and never heard back from Michael Roy once he passed the buck to Rocket Mortgage who ended giving me the Home Equity Loan... so maybe bypass lending brokers and go straight to the lender which I tried but was told by Rocket Mortgage I have to deal with West Capital Lending as they were there biggest clients ... hummm but in the end Rocket Mortgage finished the loan process so not sure how these 2 Companies work together but not very professional or easy to get answers... I will be paying this loan for a year and will refinance it with another lender who cares and Rocket Mortgage will not be getting all the interest they think they are from me I will take my business elsewhere... Also I had to do a Mortgage Appraisal for my home for a simple $60k home equity loan because obviously there was more work for Michael to do because in the beginning he said no home appraisal was needed, yet after lots of changes to the loan all of a sudden I had to pay out of pocket $720 for an home appraisal! They new darn well my home was worth over $500k which is was... This was Not a good experience at all dealing with Michael Roy and all the changes he kept making, this is why I kept questioning him ... maybe they were trying to get something else by me without knowing, and this appraisal I had to pay was uncalled for they couldn't get what they wanted from me on interest rates but had to charge me a Uncalled Home Appraisal then they had me charge it to my CC that I was paying off with this home equity loan omg... what a mess they made of my home equity loan.
